Very nice massage. However the “manicure” portion is impossible to get scheduled. I tried for a year calling a week or 2 in advance, either they were booked or they cancelled on me because the ONE person they have wasn’t in. Today I had my appt finally and got called into work when I called to cancel they stated with a unfriendly tone ‘you really should have given us more notice now we cannot schedule anyone else in that spot’ like I purposely wanted to give up my “spa day” to go to work. Very unprofessional attitude, will not be back.

I’ve booked massages with them twice, many months in advance and every time they have called me and I have to reschedule for months later. My boyfriend and I got couples massages for Christmas I get a call TODAY that both of us can’t come in because one of the therapists called off. So we would’ve had to wait til June (I booked these back in December) or we could just go separate but one of us has to wait til April. If you are lucky enough to get in the massages are great but I won’t waste my time anymore trying to book with them.

My deep tissue massage was just what I needed. I have a desk job and sit in the same position most of the day. My upper back and neck felt like a rock. Kim was outstanding and I set up my next appointment for less than a month away. The European facial was so relaxing. The staff is super nice and friendly and the establishment is very welcoming and clean. Highly recommend 🙂
