I have been going here for the past three years. I always get the 60 min massage for 60 dollars and I tip 15 dollars. Well the woman wouldn’t give me my change and told me it was for her. I was so frustrated I walked away. She was obnoxiously talking very loud and laughing the whole time. The pillow she had me lean back on was a trash bag. I couldn’t relax. She absolutely didn’t deserve a 20 dollar tip. After three years, I’ll never go back.

We came to get a massage today. After massage the lady demanded more tip which is so unprofessional and obnoxious !!! We already paid based on the service. A tip is optional not guaranteed!!! No one should ever dictate the price of their tip !!! We already gave 15 percent and still demanding for more money. Stay away from this place.

Not from the area. I love massages! I exercise a lot, and today, I really needed a good massage. I read a lot of reviews from different places and decided to choose this place. I actually love mall massage parlors! Quick and convenient. Cici helped me, and im happy about it because she was amazing. Im used to getting undressed to get a massage, but this place is open. Which I thought would be a problem, but it turned out not to be. Next time, I’ll bring headphones, though. lol. I had a 30 min 35$ massage, and it was great! I only waited for about 15 mins. No issue. They dont take cash app cards. That’s okay, too. Went to the atm and then also left a tip. I’ll be going back again!

I went there last week and had to wait since all the massage therapists were busy. Two men came in after me and when they came out to call the next person back they took the other two men back first. The two men even said I was there first, but they didn’t care. I was told I had to wait another 10 minutes. I walked out and will NEVER go back there.

Massage was alright, but unfortunately as others have said at the end the lady tried hassling me for extra tip money. I won’t be going back. I’d stay away from this place.

Lady that gave me 60 minutes massage was highly rude and disrespectful. I gave her $100 to pay the bill and told her to take out $10 for tip, she kept telling me to give her $20 tip instead. I told her No as I find it disrespectful. She threw my change on the counter with no regard. I almost wanted to take the $10 tip back but decided to walk away as she is not worth my time and energy. Stop being entitled and rude or you will lose customers.

I am a girl that knows and loves a good massage. These guys def give great mall massages. I am originally and recently from NYC where massage spas are every where. Being out here in MD it’s turning out to be harder to find a good place with decent prices……I’m happy with my service though. I took off a star because the open space. I wish this place had a little more privacy from the outside mall area.

If you are looking for a darn good, intense massage, this is the place for you! Cici is one of my favorite masseuse and she is SO strong! She also uses Tiger Balm, which helps relax my muscles.

Well-done massage for the rate. Would do again. Effective. Only downside is that some customers may walk up during your massage to ask questions of the masseuse which is not only an interruption but invades your privacy a little. And personal belongings should be at head and not foot given open space and it faces more outward – doorway of the business.
