The husband of the owner is very rude. And the owner gets involve when you are trying to talk to the person doing the service. Then tries to makes excuses. I understand they some times don’t understand English but she should not be so rude and aggressive to her customers.

I never write reviews but this is unacceptable.Went to natural nails because I was enticed by the natural product. one girl cut my arcylic nails and i noticed she cut them all at an angle (crooked). thinking she knew what she was doing i didnt say anything. she then went to file my nails and cut my skin open 2x on the side of the nail. By this time i noticed the shape of all my nails were super crooked and pointing in different angles. I stated this and they told me once they were filed it would look better. not true. Another girl had come to take over by this time and she seemed to be the owner. i mentioned they were crooked and she said shed fix them, I also mentioned i might be getting engaged on easter so thats why i was getting my nails done. New girl seemed to keep trying to file my nails and fix the bad mistake of the other worker. My nails were all going different directions. She said it was the natural shape of my nail that was causing this however I heard her speaking to her worker saying she had cut them all crooked, different lengths and put them on wrong. I also get my nails done all the time so this is not the case. Some were facing up and others down. She owner did a decent job trying to fix these but they still look so bad. The lighting in there is also bad, my nails looked peach in store and outside bright pink..ew. Anyways the owner should of offered me a discount or asked to redo the nails correctly as she knew i might be getting engaged. Worst part is my ring finger was the most crooked out of them all. JUst really upset i spent money here and was even conviced to do gel so i paid more. absoultley worst salon ive been too.

I went to this place as I have for months to get a fill and my eyebrows done. I specifically said to clean my eyebrows up because I like them thick to say I left in tears is an understatement and when I called to complain I was supposed to be happy that I wasn’t charged. Are you kidding me? Never again!!!!! Please don’t try to save face by giving me some empty apology because I did call and you guys didn’t care. My birthday is tomorrow and I have to fill in my eyebrows let that sink in that your company ruined my birthday.

I used to love this salon and I think they give excellent pedicures and manicures. However, it took two hours just to get a pedicure yesterday. I’d recommend that they learn to ask people to come back rather than trying to please everyone a little. The straw that broke the camel’s back was providing services for someone who came in after me As much as I like their services and cleanliness not sure I’d go back.

I made an appointment for a certain time, ended up waiting almost half an hour before getting service started. There was one person doing nails & that was a disaster! Started one set of nails stopped and did another set and went back and forth. All together got 2 pedis $28/each than 4 full sets ($30/each) or so I thought it was going to be $30/each yea no I was WRONG apparently! They charged me $45/each plus the shape of our nails were “extra” no where on their price book does it say that they charge for shape, which their service for that is for Gel Mani & that’s NOT what we got we got regular nail polish NOT one set of gel! Than got a little swish of black on the nail he charged an extra $8/nail, Petty stuff! Dude than was trying to charge me $45 for Gel pedicure in which we did NOT get that! We sat in there for a total of 2 1/2 hours! Not okay! Be careful of their extra charging nonsense!
