I haven’t had my nails done in over 2-years!! I thought I would treat myself and my daughter for her spring break from college. Oh my goodness – what a disaster!! We had a picture of a yin and yang art we wanted, and they didn’t indicate it wasn’t some they couldn’t do. It was awful. Not only did they do a TERRIBLE job on the art, they cut 4 of my daughters fingers from filing too hard and getting her cuticles. A $100 later we left and got barely down the road when the paint on my daughters nail started to run down her nail. We went back and asked to remove the art and keep the two fingers on both of our nails just plain polish. Not only were they unapologetic but TOTALLY RUDE!! That is when the lady then cut my cuticle filing off the polish. THEN they didn’t even attempt to take the black polish (from the art) embedded in our cuticles off. I asked for the additional money they charged for the art ($10 for each of us) back since they were unable to perform what we asked for. They rolled their eyes and said because they spent so much time they would only give us $5 each back. WHATEVER!! I told them if they couldn’t deliver the art we asked for they should have told us. I get it’s an “art” and not everyone can do it. But as a business you have an obligation to tell your customers if you can’t do it. I will NEVER go back to this place, and I write this to hopefully save others from having such a horrendous experience. If I could give less than one start I would!!

While everyone was friendly I left with issues with my nails… I requested a French tip but the dip underneath was spider webbed and looked fractured, it looked terrible but i figured it would be changed in a couple weeks and it looked better than no nails. Today, 6 days later all of my acrylic nails popped off and they had dip on them. I have been doing my nails for 20 years and I’ve never seen this happen. Are they using old glue? Old dip? Such a waste of money.

Pretty disappointed. The staff was friendly but that’s as far as it goes. I wanted to get a manicure before my wedding so pictures would look great. I left without any of my nails being filed evenly, they didn’t shine them up in lieu of a topcoat. I had to go to another shop to get it fixed and when I did their exact words were “oh wow this is bad”. Wish I could get my money back.

After I was welcomed in, the owner sat me down to begin my treatment. I told her I didn’t want dip then she actually told me, “mam, you’re confused.” Then laughed. Also, I’m not sure if they wanted to go home early or have me spend more money, but since I wanted gel instead, I was looking for a similar color. The other lady “June” doing my nails said, “that one looks good”’then owner took the books from my hands while I was looking at them! (Am i crazy, or is it messed up they just straight chose the color for me!? I was like um okay. I have gold nails, like Belle from Beauty and the beast! Don’t get me wrong, they are pretty but not even close to the color I wanted for Halloween/Autumn! No, i was mot given a discount of any kind; despite everything that happened and the em choosing my color. I spent $60 on this manicure.

I have been going here for over 4 years and am always happy with the service and my nails. I have really been able to get to know the staff – they are all very kind and I enjoy my time at this salon. They do get busy so I recommend calling ahead. Definitely my favorite nail salon in the area, very clean, reasonable prices too and since they don’t do acrylics no chemical smells!

Went here for the first time last week and thought they did a great job. Something you should know going in is that they do not do acrylic nails at this salon (no smell!) So if you want longer nails they’ll do tips covered in dip powder. The staff was all very friendly. I brought in a picture of what I wanted and they did exactly that! My nails are all very even and smooth (no bumps!) My friend I went with also really loved her pedicure. Will definitely be going here more often and will update my review if I feel the need.
