I usually come here once a month to have my eyebrows waxed. I go to tip toe for my nails. I came with my friend here to have my nails done because this is where she goes. We made an appointment for 3:40 and we’re there 10 minutes early. Two girls walked in after us for their appointment at 4:00 and they were helped first! The workers did their nails completely and then came to us. It was only when my tips were put on that the man walked away to help a woman who was a WALK IN. He finished her nails completely before he came back to me. It was 7:45 before we got out of there, and I didn’t even have time to get what I wanted! The SNS nails came off in a week, while the ones I get done at tip toe last a month at least! They have lost a loyal customer for all areas of service. Not even coming back for eyebrows. I felt neglected. Don’t come here, go to tip toe for nails!!!

I have been going to tip toe for years. Started seeing Nila, and when she left, then started seeing Kim. When she left for medical leave I decided to try Natural Nails because the person I gave a chance at Tip Toe really done a terrible job on my sns. I’ve seen Tyler and Jordan and they are both AMAZING!! My only negative feedback is on appointments. I know things happen, but I decided to wait on my pedicure last time I went and just do sns, and because of that, they skipped over my appointment

My daughter and I were a walk in. They were friendly and got us back fast. Took his time doing my fill-in and gel polish. My nails look amazing! He got them the right length and style! My daughter got her nails painted. We will definitely go back again!! Price was fair.

I didn’t leave the store until 7:30 because they over booked their appointments and this isn’t the first time it’s happened to me. I asked for a fill in and my other two friends got SNS and an acrylic set. I paid 39$ for my fill in and my other friend paid 43$ for her SNS set. The prices are all over the place. They did apologize for the wait but honestly that was the only good experience I had.
