Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThis used to be my go-to salon in Midlothian but this past visit was definitely my last time going. Every time I’ve gone since April, they’ve increased their prices even though I am getting the exact same service done (dip manicure). I finally asked one of the women working there why it continues to increase and she was offended that I asked. She was beyond rude and told me that because my nails were so long, she would be charging me $5 more (even though they are my natural nails and I was getting them cut anyway). Not sure why I need to be charged extra for that. The women who actually did my manicure was lovely. However, she did not drill my SNS smoothly enough and the texture of my manicure is atrocious. I included a picture below. This used to be my go-to salon in Midlothian but this past visit was definitely my last time going. Every time I’ve gone since April, they’ve increased their prices even though I am getting the exact same service done (dip manicure). I finally asked one of the women working there why it continues to increase and she was offended that I asked. Critical: Quality, ValueThe worst nail salon I have even been to!! I got gel polish and if I didn’t hop a plane the next they I would have been back up there. My polish didn’t chip but the whole nail color just came off. One by one all my fingers started loosing color. The older lady who did them as well was stubborn and when I asked her questions she pretty much brushed me off. That manicure as well only lasted like 5 mins I was so confused because she did nothing but stick my hand and water and add lotion.
