Critical: ValueI had one lady start me off, she burned me with the nail file drill multiple times. I tried asking her questions about colors, and she said nothing?To the point where I thought she was ignoring me until I realized there was a language barrier.The next lady who finished my nails burned me with the nail file drill multiple times as well, one finger was actually bleeding. She never told me how much the up charge in price was when I asked for a specific color, and I left with white acrylic residue all over my nails.Oh and to top it off, when paying the lady kept my card and watched me fill out the receipt to make sure she got a tip, than gave me my card back.I don’t really leave reviews but this was just bad service, don’t know if it’s normal because it was my first time there, but I’m not going back.Service: ManicureI had one lady start me off, she burned me with the nail file drill multiple times. Critical: CleanlinessOne star only because I can’t rate it by putting zero! If you don’t want a cold sore on your lip, do not use these people. I went a couple of days ago for a brow and lip wax. Needless to say my lip is swollen along with a cold sore. Dirty wax obviously the culprit. Do not waste your money or you will spend more going to the doctor for treatment. I went a month previously and had a similar experience, I gave them the benefit of the doubt, only for this to happen again.One star only because I can’t rate it by putting zero! One star only because I can’t rate it by putting zero! If you don’t want a cold sore on your lip, do not use these people. I went a couple of days ago for a brow and lip wax. Needless to say my lip is swollen along with a cold sore. Dirty wax obviously the culprit. Do not waste your money or you will spend more going to the doctor for treatment.
