Simply came for a soak off. And I know most traditional salons try to just pop off the nails. I had to specify twice that I just wanted a soak off. The tech tried to pop off a nail and I yanked away because it hurt. After I left I realized most of my nails still had a layer of acrylic on them.

The owner Kim is very accommodating. She works as hard as the rest of the staff. Recently renovated and is very chic. All new chairs and pedicure chairs. All the staff are very conscious about infection control; ie plastic bag lined podiatry baths, sterilized instruments and wear masks. All staff very experienced and great.

Didn’t deserve a one star…. I had a 1pm appt and was told that service wouldn’t begin until I first picked my polish in which they wasn’t sure they had or couldn’t find the polish wheel. The lady was very rude. Another customer walked while I was waiting after my appt time and she was serviced. I walked out. Will never go back
