Oh my god. I went last Sunday with an appointment because I called earlier but then turned to be they clean my old gel then let me sit down wait for then like another 30-40 minutes. Even they said sorry we are less on people today this that but I don’t think that’s the way it should be. If like a 10 minutes reasonable but 30 no. Others done the job in 30 min. And in the moment I’m really need to let the job done so I wait and I don’t want to make it a big deal just hope the work is okay. But then one day later I already have a finger gel peeled Down which is never happened to me before probably some is done like in 4-5 days but normally could hang there for a week or more. And then okay right now only 5 days my whole hands nearly ruined.

The lady who did my nails yesterday was rude.. and she did a terrible job on my nails… I went back to have her fix them and she made it look worse if that’s even possible… then she had the nerve to say it’s My fingers yeah that’s why the acrylic is lumpy and wonky and that’s why the nails them selves look terrible. They dip and are too wide and look awful. I won’t be back.

This place has bad service they said they wanted to charge extra for the clean up the manager is rude was asked for a refund and they said no and there is no sign that says “no refunds” they took 1 and a half hour and the lady that was taking care of us rushed through it and made a messy job. I DO NOT recommend getting your nails done here. If I could give it a zero stars I would. And we kept telling the lady that something was wrong they were grabbing my friends hand and kept filling it where she knew she did a bad job she did that so it wouldn’t look like she did a bad job, and they grabbed my friends hand abruptly and kept looking were it was bad so she can file it while we were talking. We had paid $110 and the service wasn’t even good they charge people more for other services they do for free at other nail salons

The best priced gel manicures I have found. They sometimes get busy and one person will work on two people so it take a little longer than other places. Once one of the ladies was in a rush and cut my cuticles and skin back so much they bled and hurt for 2 days but all the other times I have gone they have done some of the best work I have seen. So for the price it can’t be beat. It is just a little hit and miss depending on who you get and how rushed they are.
