I was visiting from out of town and needed my nails done and found Natural Nails near my hotel.. They were very accommodating, friendly and took me in without an appointment immediately. They did a great job! And this comes from a person who’s super picky about my nails! You’re lucky to have them in your neighborhood. Give them a try! They’re under new ownership and you’re supporting a local business.

I have been going to this salon for a couple years now, they do the best work. I have tried several other salons in the past and my nails never look as nice and do not last. My dip powder nails last 3-4 weeks when they do them. I absolutely love this place. Ken is the best. Pedicure, Dip powder

Mani and pedi’s were great BUT they charged me $97 for a regular manicure, a gel pedi and my daughters nails and toes to be painted (just painted) $45 just for my toes is absolutely absurd…another $22 to do my nails (not gel), $25 just to paint my daughters nails no actual manicure just paint, and $5 for an extra massage which actually is the only thing that was priced normal. If you go here get the pricing UPFRONT, because $100 for a mani pedi gel or not is absolutely ridiculous. I have gone to many places and this was by the the most over priced. Good work but for that amount.

They did an ok job, I still see parts of my nail that didn’t get polish (near the nail bed) and there’s a bulge on my thumb like a glob of nail polish wasn’t evenly distributed. The lady who did my nails was kind enough but very very broken English and I sat in silence for the majority of the time, it was fine just something to be aware of.

I had the worst experience of my life at natural nails. I went in on Wednesday November 7th the day before the fires. I had a severely broken now and I needed My nail to be repaired and and SNS manicure plus to regular pedicure. While Khan was doing my nails he commented on how strong they were. I’ve always had strong nails I’m very lucky that way. Khan proceeded to drill the tops of my nails off to the point that when I left the salon I want to scratch my arms and my nails bent. I have never had my nails bending before. Shi I went to my regular mail salon Pampered Nails on Wendy and they repaired my nails the best they could. I got SNS applied abs now they are protected from bending. How this could happen is beyond my comprehension. I went in on Saturday November 17th at 10 when they opened and he was not there. I went back after noon and he was they’re working on someone I proceeded to talk to him and he laughed at me. So ladies beware if you like your nails don’t go to natural nails

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityNever going back to this place… I bought a coupon for 2 smoothie pedicures from Groupon in January which was valid until April… It was turning out to be more cost effective than just 1 which was also available.. Since they offered validity for such a such a long duration I thought I could do 2 pedicures at different times.. The lady here questioned me as to why I bought 2 when it’s not possible to get 2 pedicures done at once… As if that wasn’t rude enough she even accused me by saying that I have already used up the coupon for 1 pedicure and I am trying to cheat them… They did my pedicure in a hurry just to finish it up.. Very horrible job.. I left the place without leaving a tip.. I wouldn’t be using the coupon for a another pedicure.. I got a gel manicure done for the first time and decided to get it here by a lady (i forgot her name) and the nails just peeled off within a week and a lot of my friends had said they last 3-4 weeks so I was pretty disappointed about that..but the people were very sweet
