This place did an amazing job, I have small nail beds and never found a place that didn’t cut my cuticle with the file while filing. The gentle men was really nice and didn’t even cut me. This place is amazing and very relaxing. Decently priced too. Definitely found my nail place for sure.

I have never thought that until my last visit. Was a 5 every time prior. Last visit, picked out color scheme I wanted, told them what kinda nails and settled in to relax and feel pampered. My 2 yr old son was with me, in his stroller and I had an appointment in an hour and a half. He began the process, got all the way to applying the colored hombre glitter powder and I felt, next to the last step. Then, I see its not blending in the change of shade like it should. He puts one hand in a bowl of liquid and says, while filing off color from the other hand, sometimes the color doesn’t do as well as another color did. He said he could do almost the same but better with a different polish. That’s when I realize, 15 minutes till my appointment, with my baby beginning to get hungry and fussy and restless, that he was completely removing the set I thought was done in two or three minutes. And starting over from step one. I knew he was new and could tell he was embarrassed about not being able to do what I chose and more than likely extremely anxious because of those same reasons. I ask what time they close because I CANNOT miss this appointment but I would be back right after it ended. I was not told sorry for the time, inability to do, inconvienence of having to return with my hungry fussy 2 yr old. Nor was I even told goodbye and see you when you get back. Or even looked at as I was leaving. There was no offer of apology, possible discount, either in part or in full due to my loyalty or even a free nail charm, design or something extra for the pattern. I felt bad for the one doing my set. But felt more at the complete and total lack of even eye contact as I left. I didn’t get my meeting finished with enough time to drive back and start fresh. Thought I’d go the next day. After having the night and morning to actually think it over, I decided not too. As I proceeded to attempt to remove the bits of the set that didn’t fully come off. Then adhered to my skin, under my nails, with mostly removed different shades of blue. Was very disappointed with my last visit.

Nice little salon. Fairly busy. Owned by a Vietnamese couple who both work there. Quick and fairly efficient. Touched up the area I pointed out which I was pleased about. Over all, I left happy.

I really liked this place it was my favorite! And Kenny always did a top notch nail job every time! Well one day I came in and Kenny was gone picking up kids from school, so I asked if I could wait till he got back, his wife Lily then asked how I was gonna do my nails I showed her what I wanted she then said No we can’t do that I then replied why not, she began speaking in her forien language to the other employees they all gave me a dirty look then Kenny arrives and asked me to come outside he then told me I was never aloud back in His shop, I said why not Kenny I’ve been coming here for years… he then told me his wife said I was too picky and I upset her! I was like what in the world! I have always been a great customer and always gave them the most upright respect because they were always so good to me, and now I was getting kicked out of my favorite nail salon just because his wife was upset at nothing I did! Like ok I would understand if I was an angry upset customer but I definitely was not! Well I never told anyone this happened to me but now after thinking about it, I feel like people should know..this couple will turn on you in a Hot second if his wife gets upset that you request her husband and not her…very sad and disappointing

Walked in with long, natural nails and told them I would like to keep all my length and my natural shape and I asked to just get them dipped. Walked out with basically no length, filed down to nothing and the shape as basically perfect squares. After asking for them to be more natural/just more rounded, I gave up and just fixed the shape on my own when I got home. Never been more dissatisfied in a nail salon.
