The fact that one of the employees tried to belittle my mother blows my mind away. I’m surprised this place is open with this kind of treatment that worker provided. You need to understand that these customers don’t need your service, y’all need them to pay YOUR bills… customer service is key in this industry and if you’re not up to par, y’all need to close shop. It’s even worse that the owner Amy didn’t stand up to this abuse my mother endured under her watch.

My sister went and she did not receive the nails she wanted because “it was too late.” (She got there at 5). The person doing her nails also made rude comments about her nationality…not cool. She felt very uncomfortable there.

Took three minutes in the pedicure chair for her to cut my toe with the Dremel and make me start bleeding. I got up from the chair and the owner came over to look at my toe. I asked the owner “what should I do now”? She suggested I wait for her (no thank you, I don’t feel like bleeding all over your equipment). STAY AWAY from this place. BTW. The Dremel was returned to its stand, unsanitized ♀️
