My daughter got her toes and nails done for her birthday, and the lady doing them was so sweet! My girl has a fear about her feet, so when she saw the clippers she started crying. The woman was so sweet and gentle with her, making sure she felt comfortable and happy with the polish she had chosen. We are beyond happy with the service and care provided to us! I only wish I had gotten her name so we can come back again and again! ❤️

Critical: QualityRushed job, I’m from out of town working and this is sloppy work. The first time I went they did a stellar job, this time I had a nail tech who was fidgety, inpatient and rushed my nails. I did express I would not return, the owner asked me what I said, I repeated it and then proceeded to speak in here language to my Nail tech. I paid a total of 80 for my feet and these sloppy nails. The owner did not even offer an apology. I can say that my feet were done pretty good. I don’t recommend, I definitely will be searching for a new place. See pics. Horrible, would not recommend to anyone… went to get my nails removed and they left me with super thin fragile nails, didn’t cut them and filed my nails so much that there are indents on the top of my nails. That’s was my second visit there and will never be back. Manicure

This was my third time visiting this shop. Eric did my nails the first time I came and he was amazing!!! Very respectful and my nails were perfect. I visited today and this little rude lady by the name of Lisa did what she wanted to do. I asked for a polish change and asked to see a variety of silvers. She ignored me and started speaking in Mandarin and picked the color she wanted to. She then followed me around the store asking me at least three times am I playing with a credit card. Another customer and I both looked at each other and she expressed that it was weird. Lisa didn’t ask anyone else in the crowded store what they were paying with. I will NEVER return to this business again. Lisa ruined my perception of this business. I will find another RESPECTFUL business to patronize.

I got a full set, pearl tips and stiletto shape and one of my nails LITERALLY broke the next day. I called and the lady told me they would fix it for FREE but when I went the same guy that did my nails fixed the one that had broke and he still charged me $5. It’s now been 4 days and ANOTHER nail broke! I’m so upset with their quality and service! I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING TO NATURAL NAILS. I WILL DEFINITELY NOT BE GOING BACK.
