They are a great team. She does awesome pedicures and he does awesome nails that hold up to my job! I’m not easy on them and they have to be done a certain way to no pop off or break easily. They are straight to the point and may sound like they’re being rude but they aren’t. It’s just their personality! I’m not an expert on nails because I don’t get mine done but a few times a year. I’ve been going to this place for 6-8 years and I’ve never had a problem. I believe it’s a husband and wife to my understanding. They are a great team. She does awesome pedicures and he does awesome nails that hold up to my job! I’m not easy on them and they have to be done a certain way to no pop off or break easily. Went and got my nails and feet done on Friday around 9:30 no customers were there the lady was rude and rushed on my feet and half way painted my toes. Lady started on my nails and husband took over. The guy there isn’t gentle at all, he was very rough and hurt me various times on my hands. He didn’t even say “I’m sorry” he did the wrong shape of the nail I clearly explained. I wanted almond and he gave me stiletto nails, he got mad because I was trying to explain the way I wanted my nails. He was very rude, I don’t recommend this guy to anyone. The lady was very sweet and funny and caring she was gentle, she did my mom’s nails. I don’t plan on coming here again unless the lady does my nails. The man also said many bad things about the Hannah’s Nail salon, very unprofessional in my eyes.

Yes, I would like to rebel against the review on their review 5 years ago. she wasn’t satisfied ,and then she tried to get away though I’m not a customer Our parents have dealt with people just trying to get their nails done for free before. There’s no policy that says that when a customer is unsatisfied for some specific reason ,we don’t let them get away for free. It may sound bizarre and a bit rude ,but we can’t just let customers come in and use our finest products to enhance their beauty ,and then just let them go away just because they wanted to get away with it for free because they were unsatisfied. We’re sorry that this is happened to you ,and if you come back to Natural Nails you have a better experience.

Worst experience ever, I 100% agree with everyone else who has commented about how rude “he” is. I don’t know his name but he was entirely condescending and argued with me multiple times for my simply asking a question as to why it was $5 more for shaping my nails. Then he proceeded to tell me to leave if I wasn’t happy and then tried to rip off the tips he had sloppily applied and when I said it hurt he said, “well you gave me a hard time”. I’ve been to multiple nail salons and never been charged more for the shape I wanted.

I got my nails done on February 14th, 2015. Today is February 17th and my nails are already falling off. I don’t do any hard labor or anything. I expect acrylic nails to stay on for at least 2 weeks. I will not go back.

We walked in and we showed him a picture of how we wanted our nails and he said he could do it as soon as we started choosing our colors he said that he couldn’t do it the way we wanted it bc it would look ugly He was very rude!
