I’ve been going here bi weekly for about 4 months. Tran runs the shop and is very friendly. The price is better than most in town. Unfortunately I am going to have to go elsewhere for 2 reasons. First, every single person there hurts me. I leave there every time with open sores and bleeding. I’m currently nursing a bad infection on my big toe from my pedicure. The lady was poking and digging so hard I thought I was gonna cry. I tried to tell her she was hurting me but she either didn’t understand me or care. The other issue is that every single manicurist wants to shape nails how they want. My mom was there for a refresh and had almond shape. The manicurist cut them down really short and made them bluntly squared. She tried to stop them but they just said “this is better”.

Poor customer service, nails were done carelessly and they are impersonal but the nails look alright end resultAlso I got eyebrow wax and literally see no difference, doing it myself using Sally Hansen box kit would have been a better outcome. Would not recommend, will not return.

Today was mine and my husband’s first time coming here and we had Lynn doing our pedicure. She took her time on both of us and put so much care into making sure our feet were perfect. I went in but John wasn’t available. So Tran told me what time to come back for John. I don’t live in town so I just wasted time till my appointment. No problem at all at this point. I went back but John had just started someone else? Tran wouldn’t respond at all when I asked why John wasn’t going to do my nails. She didn’t give me the choice of having another employee either. No one even apologized? Just a simple apology would have changed this ending. I’m not going back.

Very clean and they also are very talented when it comes to designs and exotic and unique looks. They are kind and hospitable, big plus considering I had no appointment and arrived 45 minutes before close. The end result was astonishing! Most definitely will recommend this location as well as return many more times again.
