Went for a pedi and the service was horrible. Has to ask for him to clean under the nails, to shape them. He didn’t smooth/buff the mail properly so the polish was lumpy. Left with no polish and they asked for a tip.

This is not my regular shop but I broke a nail so I needed something quick. Went in & within 2 minutes of sitting down the lady had stabbed me with the clipers & I was gushing blood under my nails.. I’ve had nails for over 20 years & NEVER had experience like this!!!! Beware bc this is how people get infections or fungus. Do not use this shop!

Natural nails used to do a great job. But this last time I went, Alice rushed me through. My nails are thick and not shaped well, you can the lines of the last fill,if you hold the nails up they are uneven. Very sloppy. I’m so disappointed I’m not going back. I’m not sure why she did so poorly, I’ve always given her good tips.
