We attempted to call and make an appointment. The phone line was busy. Once we entered the building, it took them one full minute for a staff member to acknowledge our presence, although there appeared to be several employees available to provide service. We attempted to communicate with the staff. However, they spoke only to one another. We left because we felt snubbed.

Both of my pinkies came off the 2nd day had to use store bought nail glue, and the lady who did my nails did free style when I asked for something else, I will not go back, nails are supposed to last a while, not pop off! Paid 230 when I showed her what I wanted and did not do what I wanted! Waste of money!!!

I know that when we went they were busy. We made an appointment and had to wait almost an hour. Then they rushes through our nails and they look horrible. Not what we wanted. We have used many times with good results, but lately they have been sub-par. Gel manicures

New to town and already had a really bad experience with another salon. Rice did my nails here today, just a simple manicure and gel paint. She did lovely! I was able to actually relax and my nails turned out great, I will be returning in a couple of weeks for sure 🙂

It was my 4th time coming here and let me just say this place is awesome! I went on a Friday morning right at opening and got started on my nails right away. Diane seems to be the one that does most of the designs so she’s always busy but I don’t mind waiting cause I know she’s the best! I’ve probably gotten the best pedicure of my life from Kayla she’s super nice and her work is very clean. Sam is also very good ! He’s fast but his work is also very good. You guys these people are the best I will continue to come back here especially after today that I had to take my baby with me and he was just fussy for a nap and everyone was nice and understanding and didn’t make me feel awkward cause I had a crying baby everyone was sweet to him ❤️
