The owner was rude. Raised his voice when I had concerns about the quality of the job and I asked for some corrections. I was told that I just wanted stuff for free. But I already paid them?!?! The issue was that after the job the paint/deep on my nails was excessively thick and looked like fake nails. They also had some gaps on the sides that were not covered at all.

I was able to get a last minute appointment yesterday and they were phenomenal. I had never been before but my friend strongly recommend them. They shaped them really nicely, did a really cute design, and the gel blends seamlessly with my cuticle (I hate when gel is done too thick). They were very sanitary, I saw them wipe everything down twice. You also CANNOT beat the price! Other salons charge $35 for a gel manicure, this one was $20. However, I can see where other reviewers would take issue with the language used. The male manicurist did use a lot of profanity. I took no issue with this as I have no children and am in college. Just be advised. I really enjoyed Natural Nails and definitely will be back.

Tell them or show them what you want and they’ll do their best to do it! As long as you communicate about shape and color you’ll be happy with your nails! I showed them a reference photo but wanted them shorter and in pink and purple and they turned out great! Prices are good, too

Walk-ins are NOT welcome despite that being advertised on their door. I wanted to try this place after seeing so many great reviews on Google, but was turned away (despite the salon being completely empty — not an exaggeration) because I didn’t have an appointment. While the woman was super friendly, it was disappointing. If I can’t find another nail salon in Russellville, I’ll try them again… but next time, I guess I’ll have to make an appointment.

Love the family feel in this salon! I was a walk in and they said I had maybe a 30 min wait. I only had to wait about 10 mins and got started. The lady who worked on me was super fast but not in a bad way at all! She did a GREAT JOB on my nails and I was honestly worried in the beginning due to her speed. But I ended up with pretty nails and other customers even complementing them as I was drying. Will definitely be going back!
