Critical: Quality, ValueI’ve been going to Natural nails for 3 years every since I’ve moved to north Little Rock. So it surprised me when I was turned around!! I let a friend of mine do my nails for support & before my trip 2 of them broke off so I went to natural nails for 2 nail repairs. They wouldn’t even let me sit in a chair, he blatantly told me they couldn’t do it and then had the nerve to ask me WHY YOUR FRIEND CANT DO IT. I feel like it was some real hating stuff to say so I’m like you won’t fix my nails because my friend did them? So then I said ok COOL can you soak them ALL OFF and do a new set? I WAS STILL TOLD NO. I let a friend of mine do my nails for support & before my trip 2 of them broke off so I went to natural nails for 2 nail repairs. Went there because a coworker highly recommended it. The service was quick. Too quick. I asked for a gel manicure. The lady was very nice but she literally took less than 15 minutes, and I was not happy with the results. Some of my nails are not even painted right. I will not be going back.

Natural Nails isn’t normally where I’d usually go, however, my nail salon was closed today so I decided to go there. Don’t get me wrong, the staff is friendly but the service was terrible. The guy who I’m guessing is the owner did my pedicure and did a horrible job. He wasn’t even going to bother to clean the polish around my toe nails until I said something to him about it. My shellac manicure was done by someone else and she didn’t do too well either. They charge more than other salons in the area and I think it’s ridiculous.

Went in on my lunch break and Nikki did a great job on my nails. However the person who did my eyebrows did a sorry job. She had a nail client that she didn’t want to stop gossiping with so she did a rush job. Won’t be going back here period. And I’m currently looking for a good nail salon in NLR.

I WOULD CHOOSE ZERO STARS BUT….ANY WAY. THEY DID NOT GREET ME WHEN I CAME IN, AND WAITED ABOUT 5 MINUTES. I guess you have to be a regular to get the good service. Half job done on my finger nail polish too. I wish I could find a decent place around here, my size doesn’t make it no better, they probably thought I was a kid. Doesn’t matter kid or not they need to equally treat people period. Won’t be back.
