I arrived and asked for a pedi and mani. I was assigned to a new technician right out of school. The pedi was ok, she cut cuticles and it hurt. Then we moved to mani chair and it was so so. The owner was on phone with comcast speaking very loud, this went on through my mani. It wasn’t pleasant or relaxing. This lady needs to learn courtesy to her clients who come in and want to relax.

This place is the worst!!! I give it 0 stars. They rushed us through like a herd of cattle. Toenails were crooked, cuticles were not attended to, and the lady who handled us acted like she did not even want us in the building. The WORST!!! Rude as hell. I sat for 45 mins waiting for someone to LOOK at my nails. Theu don’t speak to you unless you are white, YES I SAID IT! Myself and my 2 other African American friend received poor customer service, almost like it didn’t exist. They are overpriced and I hated my nails. We asked multiple times when someone would start our nails and the dragon lady owner yelled “OMG I’m coming”. I got my nails done, didn’t pay though. I refused and whoever the man is that runs it too agreed. I wouldn’t recommended this place to my nemesis let alone anyone I actually like.

The water for my pedicure was ice cold. Critical: ProfessionalismThis place is horrible, they rushed my pedicure and it took 3 different people to do my pedicure. Was told my total was $60, $35 for my pedicure & $25 for my daughter. I didn’t realize the miscalculation until I left and immediately went back and she told me no it was $45 not $35.

If I could give no stars I would. I walk in wasn’t greeted. The lady who gave me a pedicure she gave me a 5 second massage on each leg and polishes my tors poorly. I sat down for a full set of acrylics and I had 5 different people sit down in front of me do a little but on my nails and someone new would sit down and do a little bit and so on. Not one introduced themselves and we’re rude. 3 of my nail tips weren’t pressed to my natural nail and none of those people saw that issue. They were trying to rush and get me out the door so they would be upset when I should them places where they didn’t even have white acrylic or where it’s not even. I then ask for the manager to fix the nails that were lifted and the manager calls her daughter who applied the tips and yells at her in front of me and the entire salon. Then I go to get my eyebrows waxed and I get took to the back office in their nasty old office chair and I leaned my head back. So I do not like this place. They are rude, not professional, and need to learn how to accommodate their customers better.0 stars.

I like Natural Nails because they greet you when you come in the door they asked May I help you. They also had a lot of Tech’s working which is great because usually when I go to a nail shop they only have one or two nail techs working and alot of people waiting but this shop has 5 working. I’ve only been there twice but each time I have went they sit me Right in a chair when I come in. I think they are a little bit pricier than the other salons but they are worth it.

I was at first nervous because I’ve tried many places in the Monroe/west Monroe area to get nails done. My experience at other places has been terrible and my nails looked bad. But I was very satisfied with the services and the prices. They look beautiful!

Very poor customer service. We might even have to press charges because they cut my wife’s feet and didn’t apologize for it. My wife first of all asked for a full pedicure and only got her paint off her toe nails removed removed. And then left her to sit there for 3 hours and still DIDN’T finish the job and forced my wife to pay for a full SERVICE or they would call the cops. So we did bc we knew it was wrong of them we were wronged by these stupid non-Americans. But instead of our money being returned they banned my wife and her friend from ever coming back. Now what TF is wrong with this nail place. Please share. These people are insane for treating there customers like this
