Showed up around 5pm for a mani pedi with the manicure being a full set of acrylics… the lengths on each hand weren’t the same, shape on the cuticles were not anywhere close to the same. Overall just seemed rushed and kind of sloppy. I figured 2 hrs would be plenty for both a manicure and a Pedicure but I guess I was wrong…. just really disappointed

They always work my busy work schedule & if I have a issue with my nails they are quick to fix the problem. Their set of nails will last me at least 3 weeks compared to other places.

They did a wonderful job, I’ve gotten my nails done at many different places and this place is by far the best place I’ve gone! I got a full set, other places never clean up the nails as nicely as natural nails does. The ladies were very nice and it was a comfortable setting. They do except walk ins of course. These ladies actually did what I asked of them to do and did exactly what I asked of them and more!

Critical: Punctuality, Quality, ValueI have gone here for over a few years now! The last 2x I have been there I have gotten the same lady and the first time I got her I got a deluxe pedi and she didn’t even finish the deluxe package on me and when she put the polish on she was terrible at it, then the last time I will be going there I got the same lady giving her the benefit of the doubt, she scrubbed my feet without paying attention to what she was doing that she scrubbed 2 sores on my big toe and below it! I used to like going to this place but the last time they also double charged me! I will not be going again! The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the owner has always been very nice and professional!I have gone here for over a few years now! I enjoy my time spent with the ladies at Natural Nails. They always make my visit relaxing and fun. I go for the shellac nails and fills, I find the pricing reasonable. My nails always look great! Happy every time!

Worst prices. I paid $55 for my nails to be cut in almost a lipstick shape rather than square. Gel polish is cured to the bottom of my finger. They didn’t fully remove the dip I had on. No soaking of my nails even for just a gel manicure. They also DIDN’T SOAK MY TOES DURING A PEDICURE.

I’ve been to many nail salons in and around Wichita. Natural Nails in Haysville is the best. Ask for Van she always takes her time. Does a great job!
