I have gone to this nail salon for years. It was normally a good experience. Recently they have brought on an older woman…. I do not know her name but she is horrible! Rude, condescending, rough, pushy etc. I will never go back! 2 hours for a pedicure…. I think her eyesight is failing. Bottom line…. Very rude.. never speaks English but talk amongst themself in their own language constantly. Talking about me? Who knows. I would actually give no stars for my most recent visit.

Unfortunately this was my last option of coming here I came here before on my birthday and my friends was getting a pedicure I felt like we were being talked about I never said anything! I had a standard pedicure. Bottom line, I don’t need to return. Pedicure was OK, with some polish on the skin. The service was the big downer. The tech was curt with me and quite unfriendly. I don’t need a super amazing experience, but I don’t want to feel like I don’t exist either. I have a “usual” place that could not get me in today. I’ll be looking for a different “back-up” nail spa.

Mary, you are awesome! Very friendly and sweet! Took my 5 year old daughter with me and she she was treated like a princess! I got a deluxe pedicure and it was so relaxing! She did an amazing job getting rid of my winter calluses! Will definitely be back! Very friendly staff!

Went for a fill on Friday, Henry did an ok job. He change the shape of my nails per my request. Late Sunday in was in a rush and broke my left pointer finger nail. Monday went in for a repair around 5-5:15 Henry was busy. The guy who re did my nail was rude, rough and didn’t seem to care. He did it pretty quick. He didn’t even take time to file it to match the rest. I should not have to babysit my nail getting repaired he could clearly see that it did not match the rest of my nails. He did not even fully paint the nail. Also he broke the skin under my nail. So now my finger hurts even more then it already did. Not sure of his name wish I would of asked. I will no longer go to this nail shop.
