horrible experience. waited almost 3 hours just to sit down. the entire time no one spoke to me or my sister to let us know wait times or anything. guy ripped off my old set of tips in the most unprofessional way i’ve seen and it hurt. he did a horrible job on both our nails, every nail being a different shape, size, and length, and not even covering the entirety of our nails with polish. won’t ever go back and won’t ever recommend.

I’m not the biggest fan of this place. It was my first time going and I won’t be back. I got a gel manicure and a pedicure. They didn’t go around my cuticles at all, didn’t even out my nails, put on like 5 layers of polish so now they’re bulky. I usually go to another establishment in town and they do 100x better and are cheaper and much more professional. The girl that did my nails was nice though and did talk to us. But overall, not the best place in Mc to get your nails done.

Two of my friends and I wanted to get our nails done and wow. They got us in right away and were extremely nice. I had an amazing gentleman doning my nails and we talked almost the entire time! Amazing quality, amazing workers and price, and amazing shop! Definitely need to go again

Went here on August 7th, 2020 for a full set of acrylics. I called and made an appointment and unfortunately life got in the way and made me nearly a half hour late. I called to inform them I would be later than expected as appointment type grew closer and they were very accommodating. Customer service deserves even more than 5 stars. My nails are exactly how I wanted them. The woman who did the marble paid close attention to detail and they turned out even better than I had pictured. No chips (even after slamming my thumb in a cash register at work) and they are very even with no bumps or lifting. The price was similar to other nail salons in our community. Highly recommend Natural Nails. I found my go to nail salon!

My nails were messed up before even leaving this place. There cut mine and my daughter’s toes during the pedicure and my daughter’s gel nails are already coming over and have been since two days after getting them done and it’s only been a week an a half. Positive: Professionalism, ValueI got a full set acrylics and I would totally recommend!! My guy was SUPER nice!! He made conversation, asked my preferences, and even told me when there would be an added price (for shaping of nails and etc.). When my nails were drying my sister was sitting next to me complaining about how her guy shaped her thumbs which were “too wide.” My guy overheard her complaining and asked if he could help do something for her. He then continued to file them down and help her achieve the look she wanted at no extra charge. When my nails were done with one round of drying, I started to gather my things to go and one of my nails got smudged. I then told one of the ladies and she told me I was supposed to stay for two rounds and made me feel bad about trying to leave early. I was never informed I was supposed to sit for two rounds, so I didn’t know any better. Then another lady said she would fix it with no charge. She was so sweet about it and I could tell she truly wanted me to leave satisfied!!! This is the best nail place in Mason in my opinion!!!
