Had a horrible experience. The lady who did my nails messed them up extremely bad. I was so upset and she rudely tried to explain why my nails looked like they did. She said because I had acrylic and gel nail polish. What kind of foolishness is that. I will never go back. The manager did attempt to fix 2 of my nails. Unbelievable!!!

I used to be a long time customer until today. The gel on 2 of my nails came off about 4 days after I got them painted with another coming off a day after that. I also noticed that the polish on 3 others is peeling up. They want to charge me full price to redo which would be fair if more time had passed, but it had only been 4 days. Then they offered to repolish 3 nails for $10. I would have paid that to fix the 6 nails that required attention but not 3 nails. I’m going to hate having to find another nail salon.

Spent 180 bucks on my nails and my daughter’s just for them to be bubbled up, chipped, and uneven. Workers rushed on our nails and literally kicked us out before our nails were dry because they wanted to get home. Mind you, these nails were for my wedding which took place the very next day. They need Michael back. He was awesome and knew how to please and treat each customer.

Went here and got a pedicure and a eyebrow wax. Total came out to $47 and I added a $3 tip for a total of $50. Just checked my bank statement and they stole from me!! They took a total of $77 from me!! Please return my $27 or there will be consequences!!! THEY ARE THIEVES HERE!! DO NOT COME TO THIS NAIL SHOP!!! Please return my money ASAP!!!!

The positive reviews are all left by long time regular clients. They treat new clients poorly. 4/15/22: Extremely long wait times with no ability to make an appointment. Pedicure was fine. However my nails are crooked uneven and chunky. When I asked her to fix it she said not her fault acrylic make like that and would not file them properly. Definitely not worth the wait time or the money for subpar services
