My experience was average. Staff was polite and welcoming.I I’ll go back if I don’t have anywhere else to go. I wear my natural nails and came in with gel polish that needed to be removed. My nail tech used the drill to loosen the gel polish then had me soak. He also used the drill to file my natural nail. I was surprised because the place is called natural nail AND the front has a sign stating “soak gel removal”. I had broken my thumb nail a couple of weeks ago but instead of asking if I wanted a tip he assumed I did. I had to tell him no. My dip looks okay but is thicker in some places. You have to really study it to know the difference. All in all I think this place is probably better if you’re getting a full set vs. Working with your natural nails.

Disappointed. These pics are taken right after getting them done. They look like they have been on for 2 weeks already. This is after I told them to fill the bottom in. The acrylic is too thick, and the paint job is sloppy.

Went there on last Thursday there was no one in the salon but 3 techs told the guy at the register what I wanted…. would like fill in with gel and my toenails polish changed…. his okay that will be 50 dollars I was like thats fine… the lady did my toes but she didn’t wont to because another tech was doing something to her nails so she stopped did my toes…. then I SPECIFICALLY sat to try to match toenail color with gel color ….ok we got it…. The guy did my nails and before he polish he say pay me mow… okay sir…. Gives him my card and he charges me 62 dollars not that there was a problem but don’t quote me one price then charge me something different…. I say how much for gel 30 dollars for you I say your sign says 22 dollars for gel 18 for fill in and toenails 10 dollars that would have been 50… but he kept saying 30 dollar gel for you…. SO WAS IT BRCAUSE I WAS BLACK…. DIDN’T REALLY UNDERSTAND…. THE ONLY PROBLEM WITH ME DONT CHANGE THE PRICE WHEN YOU SAY ONE THING THEN RUN MY CARD FOR SOMETHING ELSE…. NAILS AND TOES WERE NOT THAT GREAT….

I was really hesitant as I normally go to one place to get my nails done! I decided to go here! The atmosphere was nice! I get Gel on my natural nails and the guy that did it his whole process was completely OFF! I decided I wasn’t coming back!!!! Normally my gel nails last almost two weeks… However, thinking his process was totally off they lasted Way longer!!! I’m headed back there now!!! I give this place a great recommendation!!!!

VERY DISAPPOINTED! I have been with you guys for 15 years. I came in a few days before Christmas to get my eyebrows done. Vanessa has been great before but my last experience questions my loyalty. She burned me bad. I have pictures. I didn’t notice it at first because it always burns a little right after having them done. I chose to use alcohol on my eyebrows after because she uses cuticle oil and it gives me an allergic reaction. It has been the same for years. Until now. I went back a few days later and instead of apologizing and offering me a refund or something she became very defensive and making it to seem as if it’s my fault. Don’t know yet if I will have scars on my eye lids. But now contemplating if I should sue legally. You should make this right.

I came to do a gel set, once I left and they dried i noticed they were not smooth and looked thick. I left it as is because I never like to be that customer. Two days later, one nail completely fell off on its own. I also noticed the paint chipping off. Mind you i was out of town, when I came back I finally had time to drop by and fix them. It had been 4 days! Well they were really rude, the lady said to redo them they had to charge me $30 more on top of the $60 they had already charged me. That’s 90 for a bad set of nails. They even blamed the paint chipping due to my nails being matte. I asked if I could get a refund because I didn’t want to deal with this any further and they laughed. I added that I wasn’t going to pay more money for them to fix something that they had done wrong. Seriously unprofessional and rude, I’ve had my nails done in plenty of other nail salons and they’ve always strived to provide great customer service. Never coming back here again and I don’t recommend anyone to.
