My French tips are decent. They are dull and not shiny. I got gel because the lady said it was better and more durable. I got my nails done on 1/5/19 and today 1/21/19 my nails look like I haven’t gotten a fill-in in months. They look horrible. I went ahead and peeled them off today so that I can start from scratch somewhere else. I also got a pedicure with French tip. The pedicure was about 10 mins in total. The owners also have 3-4 small dogs that run around the salon and even jump in your face. This place is awful. I had the worse nail experience in my life.

She picked up her dog and started back on my nails. She did a SNS for $45 that lasted 5 days instead of 3 weeks. I went in to get them repaired because they were too thick and lifted badly. She had a attitude(that I ignored) but did a fill in. She never mention an extra charge but charged me after I got them repaired!!! I just paid her $45 a few days ago. She tried to tell me that I did something for my nails to do that because nobody else nails have done that before. After reading through the other reviews, others have experienced this before. She told a damn lie. They are nice until you have a issue. Then their true colors show. NEVER again…..I blame myself for not reading the reviews. Almost didnt come because of the negative reviews, especially about the dogs being in the salon. But they were not there when I came around 7pm on a weekday. I live in the neighborhood and didnt feel like driving to camp creek to get 2 broken nails replaced. The lady did a great job shaping my nails. It actually looks better than the original. Will come here again when I need a quick basic fix

Do not go to Natural Nail salon! There was one technician that was sweeping the floor when the shop opened. No mopping. The one technician had to keep calling workers to come in. When they arrived 45 minutes later, they looked unkept and brought 3 dogs with them. The technician who did my pedicure did a good job. However, I asked for a manicure twice during the process of another technician. while powdering my nails and the technician stated she would not charge me for a manicure and I don’t know why she would not provide me with the requested service. She barely clipped my nails and did not shape them. One of the dogs climbed on the nail station next to mine. The technician picked the dog up and did not wash her hands. Overall, the salon is totally unsanitary. In addition, their attitude is unprofessional. I will not be going back.

I just came in to get a my nails removed. The lady was nice. My only issue is that the drill she used was broken and all of her nail buffers looked old and worn. Also it didn’t look too clean in there. There was stuff kind of like everywhere and it smelled weird. I won’t be coming back…I like to know I won’t leave with contact dermatitis.

I took my mom here for her birthday the lady with the dog had an attitude . She also TRIED to touch my feet and not wash her hands after she had been touching the dog i had to make her wash her hands ! And it took an hour for her to do my mom nails when we were on a time schedule and had to leave and left her without her nails done which was the whole point of us coming !

My daughters and I just got our nails done here and the ppl are really nice and professional. I see us coming back in the near future this may be our new nail home. And the 2 little dogs are an added bonus considering we are dog lovers. The prices are reasonable could be a little lower but ok for what we got.

Thursday morning I walked in the shop at 10:12am, their hours posted on the door said open at 10am. When i walked up to the door, the door was locked and two ladies from the back came to open it. They let me in asked what I wanted, I told them and they said okay have a seat and asked if I could give them 10 mins. I am the first one in. I agreed to their 10 minute wait and was sitting patiently in the chair.. As I am sitting there waiting, I see the two ladies are still preparing the shop for the day, I assume. 10 mins past and they are still getting the shop together. Meanwhile they are talking and sitting around and “looking busy” but clearly distracted by their conversation. One lady eventually got up walk to me and said 10 more minutes.. at this point it’s 10:35 and I walk out. As I’m leaving one of the ladies says Bye, sorry for your wait. At that moment I knew they didn’t have any intentions on doing my nails and lack customer service. I will NEVER step foot in there again!

Do NOT go here. First of all the man that works here is very rough with nails. He literally made my pinky bleed on the side. Second they love to “all of the sudden” change prices. Thirdly all I got were fills and my nails(real nails) were soooo thin, they started cracking on the side three days later.

♀️ The service I received here was terrible. I requested a pedicure and a manicure with sns powder. Just to be short, the man was about literally clip skin from my finger and I left with cuts on the edges of several of my fingers. I requested that he file my nails square, they turned out with sharp edges. The sns powder was layered way too thick. I won’t be back.
