I made an appointment a week in advance. When I arrived, the gentleman greeted me and I told him I have an appointment . The place smelled bad and looked dingy. A female was on the phone, and when he directed me back, she acted annoyed and told me in a rude tone, “Go wash your hands and go pick a color!”. I was sitting in the chair sideways with my feet to one the side of the water well to allow her room to do whatever needed to be done in preparation when she snapped, “Don’t put your feet in the water it has to finish filling!”. I was then trying to explain that I had gel polish and one acrylic partial. She ignored me and began to try to take off the existing polish with standard remover. I was trying to talk to her about it and upgrading, but she wasn’t hearing me, but then said, “You want fill in?” I tried to explain to her that no, I had one acrylic and she cut me off with, “This is gel! Not acrylic…. gel!” And proceeded to talk through me when I was trying to explain what I needed. I did not even stay. I stood up and told her that she was not hearing me and that I thought she was rude and walked out barefoot. The gentleman just watched me leave. I am local, not a tourist. AlI I can do is wish them luck. Given the other reviews that I should have read first, they are going to need it.

Yes they are pretty fast, they are decent in price. Service wise they need some work. The guy barely speak some word, can be hostile and rude, also very impatient. The woman that works there if you ask for any questions she will get rude. The lady that’s good I know she’s slow the guy just tries to get done and get it over with so more than likely you’ll have bubbles in your polish.

Went there today. I have nicks on my fingers around the cuticle area. Also, owners bring their dog to work with them. I don’t think that’s very sanitary with the dog being allowed to wander all over & bark at customers. The salon smelled like dog which isn’t good for people who have breathing issues. Won’t be going back. Dip powder

I asked him before we even started if he could do stiletto nails, he said he could so he began putting the nails on he asked me if I wanted them short and I said “yes short stiletto” he put the acrylic on and began giving me a square shape. I stopped him and said no, that’s not what I want, I want stiletto. He then tried giving me this weird shape all over that looked like a really bad oval. I said no, I showed him the picture and he said okay and added on to the nail. Nope, still got square. I expressed that it was NOT what I wanted and he refused to do what I wanted. He then decided to polish it, skipped the base coat so I’m sure this will peel off in a day, asked for a lavender color and even showed him the swatch and my nails are pretty much white. He wouldn’t give me what I want. On top of that I work in the beauty industry and I KNOW he skipped steps. So, They either need better education or to listen to their clients. Would not recommend this place to anyone. I should have just gone to Vivid Nails and endured a little wait.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueYesterday, my friend and I decided to give this place a go. We were in the area and had never been before, but I wanted to get my nails done. What I had in mind was coffin-shaped acrylics that were matte instead of shiny. I went in and asked the woman at the front if they did matte nails and she said yes. I said “I think I want to do acrylic, matte nails” and she proceeds to raise her voice at me, trying to correct me saying “matte is not a color!” and she repeated that several times in a very nasty tone. I was aware that matte was not a color. I wasn’t sure what color I wanted yet, but I thought I would just let her know that I wanted them matte so she could get the matte top coat out. She was very unprofessional and unfriendly. My friend and I just walked out after that and as we did, she yelled again “matte is not a color!” I wasn’t going to sit there for an hour to forty five minutes as she berated me. I ended up going to Win Nails where they did everything I asked without complaining.I can’t speak about everyone working there, but the woman at the front was extremely rude and impatient. I am disappointed. I went there last week to get a gel fill in and the woman scraped my skin with the nail drill over 3 times which is very painful, my nails were uneven when she filed them so one hand is way longer than the other, I got white Polish and she somehow managed to get Polish on the back of my hand and the polish was done so sloppy that it looked like a 3 year old did it. Well my Polish has chipped within a week so I decided to give them another chance and get my color changed, only my Polish changed and that ended up being $20 (which is ridiculous pricing for them to paint my nails in 10 minutes) and the same woman did a very sloppy job again, they have air bubbles in them because of how quick and sloppy she did them, and she didn’t even get all of my older Polish off beforehand so there’s still some white on my nail. $20 for that I cannot believe it. I refuse to go back, if anyone wants my bonus card she gave me then it’s all yours. What a waste of money, I should have kept going to trusted Top Nails.

Not a good experience!! I was cut on my thumb and on my index finger from the rough buffing. That’s not even the worst part! The paint job was BAD!! I mean so bad that there is Gel polish on my actual skin. I could have done it better myself. I am so flabbergasted on how bad of a job it was. Will not be returning. I advise you all to read reviews before going to this place again! AWFUL!!!!!!!!

I’ll give them two stars because even though my nails arent great they arent too bad either. The reason I was upset is because I took my daughter with me and she got a pedicure. The lady that was doing it was looking at me the entire time to see if I was watching because she knew my little girl was only 9 and didnt know what was supposed to happen. This was her first pedicure. The entire pedicure lasted 10 minutes. She rushed thru it bc other people were waiting. When we left I looked at her toes and there was paint all over her toes around the nail. Just because she is a child doesnt mean you should do that, we paid full price. Not happy at all neither was my daughter. She said “mom you could have done a better job” lol! And I’m not very good.

I was in Franklin from Illinois visiting my Granddaughter and decided to treat us to a mani- pedi . Was not a treat ! I have never had my toes and nails done at the same time , stretching my arm across while my feet soaked ,very uncomfortable , felt rushed even tho there were no customers . My Granddaughter was cut not once but 3 times on her cuticles , kept having to put ointment on , bleeding. Was an awful experience , would NOT recommend ! BTW 3 days later polish is polish is mostly chipped off.
