In a crunch for a wedding later that day myself and two others did a walk-in when they first opened. The salon was clean the people were friendly at first until I mentioned I didn’t like the quality of my gel manicure. So the lady that was doing my nails assured me it would be ok after a few coats of gel polish. However I was not satisfied with the outcome of my nails. She was so upset she threw sample nails colors to the next station grabbed my hands and said I’ll take it off. Even the manager Kevin(I thinks this is his name) came over and said they didn’t look really good and he would do them over. So after they were soaked off he did redo them and to the eye they looked great. Before Monday not even 48 hours after getting my nails done they were chipping. The picture with the different color nail is what I did at home lasted more than salon grade equipment and product. For over three hours of service getting my pedicure and manicure I settled with the colors not matching on my feet and nails but the chipping was too much. I will not be using Natural Nails ever again!

I don’t get my nails done often, but I had a wonderful experience at natural nails. I went very early and got in with a nail tech right away. He was very thorough and I am a little shy, so I personally was okay with not making a lot of small talk. The shape and color was so pretty and I was so glad since I was treating myself for my bday. The only issue was some residual gel under my nails and some of the nails were a tiny bit uneven. But overall, it was a great experience and I love my nails!

Acrylic fill-in with gel ($45), quick and well done. The gentleman I sat with had an exceptional attention to detail. The shaping is great and SO gentle on my hands and nails! He made a color suggestion to enhance the look and I REALLY love it. And appreciative of his expertise. Would happily choose this place again. Acrylic nails

I wanted to share the great job Natural Nails in Chapel Hill North is doing under our current Covid conditions. I went to get a mani/pedi today and was happy to find the staff going above and beyond to keep customers safe. All employees are wearing masks (even when not working with clients) and they are ensuring customers do, too. They are diligently cleaning all chairs and tables between clients and have put plastic barriers up between employees and clients (zoom in on the picture if you can’t see them). They are also ensuring there is ample space between stations. I’ve been going here for five years and have always received excellent service. They’re a small, locally owned business and they could use support to stay open. If you’re considering having your nails done, I can’t recommend Natural Nails enough. Be sure to make an appointment!

I’ve been going to this nail salon regularly for over two years now and it’s my go to place. I will travel out of my way to come here. They do an amazing job, they have fair prices, and the workers are so friendly. I highly recommend. I noticed there are several low reviews. I can’t speak to their experience but I’ve had nothing but a positive experience from Natural Nails. In particular, I recommend Lee (Taco Bell) and David. Both are fabulous.

This was my first visit to Natural Nails and I was attended to by Ronda and David. I had a gel manicure and regular pedicure. They were so kind and professional. I accidentally messed up my own nails when I was moving around and they fixed me up promptly and were so nice about it. I will definitely be coming here as my regular spot. They treated me so warmly, like I was a “regular”, even as a newbie. Highly recommend.
