2022 update: went by in a pinch for eyebrow waxing. Shape was good, but she overplucked one area (nothing a pencil can’t mask) and left a lot of tweezing to be done at home. Wouldn’t go back. Pics are from 02/2022.

They were friendly, but did not take their time on my nails and they look awful. I was left 4 times so they could start on other people’s nails who came in after me. They went way too fast while doing my gel polish. The polish is over top of my cuticles, and also off the sides making my nails stick to my skin.

I went in to get my acrylics removed after I tried doing so on my own, which resulted with my failing to get them off and break part of my nail off. Tina did a fantastic job at painlessly removing them, patching up my broken nail, and giving me a manicure all while providing good conversation. Love her and Natural Nails.

I wish I could have gave it a 0!!! I got my eyebrows waxed here today and left in tears!!!! Not only did she rip off almost my entire eyebrow but she also left the other one thick as it was. They look nothing alike and no hope for fixing them as the one is so thing you can barely see the eyebrow itsself!!! I have never had such a bad experience with getting my eyebrows waxed. Do not recommend!! She rushed thru them and didn’t even wipe the wax off my face.

Critical: Quality, ValueI have been going here for over 4 years and this will be the last time I will ever go back. They usually do a good job. This time I specifically asked for either Leann or Michael to do my nails and they let the new girl do them. Halfway through my nails I made the girl stop because they looked so bad. Leann (owner) then decided to yell at me and told me I wasn’t being nice because I didn’t want the girl to continue my nails, Leann didn’t bother trying to make them look better either, she just painted them and told me I was done. My nails were so crooked and uneven. Then when I went to pay it’s usually 75 this time it was 92 and I had no idea why and she wouldn’t tell me why it was so much. I will never go back there.
