I loved my experience at Natural Nails. I live in Northern Virginia and have tried 5+ salons in search of one that is fairly priced and whose nail techs take the time and care required for a quality, long-lasting service. Jenny gave me white dip with a silver sparkling top coat and I was so impressed by her stand-out attention to detail, her precision, and overall friendliness. She also took the time to explain her technique to me to ensure that I knew I was receiving a quality service. Amazing experience. I highly recommend Natural Nails!

I love coming here! It’s conveniently located near my workplace, Jenny and her husband have been so understanding when I’ve run late in the office and need to pop in to get my nails done for an upcoming event. I can’t overstate how much I appreciate the time and attention given by Jenny when providing service. My nails look so natural , smooth, and just the right thickness-not that artificial lumpy acrylic you tend to get at other places because they don’t take the time to file down the acrylic well before polishing. Definitely the first place I think of when friends ask for a nail salon recommendation.

Worst place ever, had to stop the technician mid way and leave. She was going through the motions. No filing of the nails, used the filer literally one time across the toes, no shaping of any sort. Asked her to trim more and she would get mad. Using dirty towels on my feet. After she removed and “cleaned” the toenails, I asked her to not paint them because it was going to be a waste of money. My friend went with me, she had gel on her toenails, the technician couldn’t even remove them off completely, left the whole foot soaking in acetone instead of individually wrapping them in foil, the whole foot was wrapped. And she could not get off the gel after almost 25 min of soaking. You could tell they just did not care, absolutely no attention to detail. Then she charged me for the whole pedicure even though I did not get any polish on it- saying she did the whole pedicure. Never coming here again. Not even mediocre service, have never had a pedicure like this in my life. Don’t come here and waste money.

I went for the first time last week, and absolutely loved my experience. Jenny is a perfectionist and did my acrylic tips with so much patience and detail. Everyone who works here is also so kind – they engaged us in sweet conversations, gave us snacks and water, and made sure we were extremely happy with our nails before leaving. It’s my first time going for gel manicure/pedicure and eyebrow waxing at Natural Nails salon. Jenny did fantastic job. She was friendly, polite and professional and accommodating. She gave me all sorts of professional advice about my feet. No pushy package sales and the manicure and pedicure looks amazing! The Nails salon looked clean, and her nail equipment were sterilized. I highly recommend Natural Nail salon. Will come again next time. Cheers!
