Horrible horrible horrible. This was my FIRST and VERY last time there! I came yesterday and he did a horrible job but I had to leave so I didn’t ask anyone to fix them. I called and they told me to come in today. They are so thick and bubble looking and the shape is bad. They did not drilling around the cuticles!!! Omg…so upset. You can see the chip on the thumb nail, I’ve not even going back to get it fixed. I’m over them I’m just gonna pay the money to get them fixed somewhere else.

Worst experience of my life. First of all, my appointment was for 4 and i wasn’t seated for at least a half an hour. Then when I asked for what I wanted, they gave such an attitude and pretty much proceeded to do whatever they wanted. Never again. Do not go here if you want to wait a long amount of time even if you made an appointment and to basically get the opposite of what u want done.

i went to get acrillics a day before my vacation. i went in and it was so nasty and unsanitary i thought i was gonna get 500 diseases but if ur not a clean freak/ germaphobe like me then u should be fine. also they tried to trick me in to paying 10$ more than what i asked for. i asked for regualr acrillics. when i shower the color and the man went to get the polish it was gel. i spoke up and said i didn’t want gel and it took the guy about 2 minutes to let me get what i actually wanted because i guess they only care about money. also it has been 6 days into my vacation and 6 nails have already fell off. do not go here

I called before coming for pricing as I’m new to the area. $35 – i was told for a pink & white refill. After having my toes done, i go to sit to have my nails done. I am greeted by a pregnant women who told me she wasn’t refilling my pink & white, only the pink. Uh ok. . . I badly needed both filled. I could still see where my previous nails were through her pink acrylic application. When she’s near the end, I’m thinking it doesn’t look too bad with the thin white line, whatever. I thought it would be less money b/c i didn’t get the white refilled along with the pink. She proceeds to paint over the nails with French gel colors, at no point asking if i wanted it, or telling me it would cost extra. . At payment time, they tried to charge me extra for the gel polish, even though it was the employee that didn’t want to do what i originally asked for at the price i was expecting. She tells me $45 for my nails. I said something about calling ahead of time & being quoted $35 for pink & white refill. They took $5 off. It should have been less than $35 because i didn’t get the white. I won’t be back to this salon. Such a shame, close to my house.

She was very rushed and the pain job is streaky, clumpy, and she didn’t do the sides of my nails. This was honestly one of the worst nail salons I’ve ever been to, my apt was @ 12:30. Me and my friends , we were there 12:20. They didn’t sit up till 1:20. And had my feet in burning hot water for 15-20 minutes before even starting. Everything they used was Unsanitized. The woman who did my nails didn’t even get the color off I had from before so I have dots of green in my purple toes. Then when it came to my nails they are so awful I can’t even explain it, lumpy, she was super rough. Not even square . My friends pink toes are see through not even finish. I had to stop them doing her nails because of how awful they were . Mind you she didn’t let them finish her nails, he said $60 total gonna offer us $10 offf. Unfinished !!!! Worst experience of my life . This nail salon should be shut down .
