I have been going to Natural Nails for months now, full set, many fills and pedicures. The business as a whole is very clean and welcoming. The nail artist who sits in the front (Jenny) usually does my fills and can copy any photo I have shown her. She is timely and very efficient. My nails do not lift or break, they last until biweekly fill. She free hands amazing nail designs. Call and make an appointment because Jenny fills up quickly and maintains her clients. You will not find a better, or more reliable and consistent place in the area.

This is by far the best nail salon I have ever been too. Extremely highly recommend! Jenny was soooo nice and made sure I was 100% happy with my nails! They look so natural and real I will never go anywhere else!! I had my dog with me and he got so much attention and they were so friendly about him being there. The nicest girl I’ve ever met gave him water and was loving on him, definitely a great experience.

The manicure did not last even 48 hours. The polish did not adhere to the nail and started peeling within hours. The manicure was rushed and was not done accurately (french manicure). I’ve been to this nail salon many times because, in the past, I’ve gotten a quality manicure but its been a while and I’m tired of wasting my money trying. I will not go back again. I’m beginning to think its just me and they don’t want me as a client and that’s just fine with me. Time to find a quality nail salon where the customer is actually someone to attempt to please rather than just pocket the cash, because they only accept cash.

I started going to Natural Nails in October when I decided to get acrylics again. My regular nail tech had moved away so I decided to give N.N. a try. My experiences, overall, had been okay up until my most recent visit on Sunday December 15th 2018. I decided to get my acrylics removed and go back to my natural nails with a gel mani. The first thing that struck me as odd is that she didn’t soak my nails to soften the acrylics to remove them as I have had happen at other salons in the past. She started ripping and peeling off my acrylics. She would stick an unused artificial nail between my natural nail and acrylics to get my acrylics off. It felt like torture and getting my fingernails torn off. She was also using a cuticle trimmer to pry off the nails. She was being so aggressive that the cuticle trimmer broke on my nails. After all the acrylics were taken off, she began filing my nails with the automatic nail file (which I have learned since then that you are not supposed to use those on natural nails). At that point many of my nails were hurting and sore. She then told me to wash my hands so she could begin applying the primer and gel polish. When I got to the sink I realized that my left, middle finger nail had been worn and filed down to the skin on the bottom half of the nail. It was such a pain that I haven’t experienced. When I went back to my seat, she tried to apply the primer to all my nails. When she got to this particular nail it was a searing pain and I explained to her that we couldn’t polish that nail because the nail was raw and in a lot of pain. She told me that I was incorrect and the nail wasn’t damaged—that it just looked funny because of the color of the nail. I tried explaining to her and telling her no. She polished the other nails and asked again about polishing that nail. I told her no because it was too painful. She told me to come back in a couple days to get that nail polished, but it is going to take a while for this to heal. I have to keep it covered and I am concerned with infection. I received no apology or acknowledgement of what had happened. I will be finding a new salon and will not be going back, and would urge people to be very careful about the nail work being done on them and tools being used.

I had a terrible experience at this nail salon and the service was even more terrible. As soon as the nail tech put the nail polish on my nails and toenails, it began peeling off. I will never go back there ever again.
