awesome experience!!! I showed Jessica a picture of what I wanted (requesting a change in shape and changing colors from the photo). And she amazed me! I told her to just go for it and I am in love with these nails. without a doubt my favorite set I’ve ever gotten ❤️ She was so sweet and we talked a lot of the time. I loved her patience and attention to detail, on top of ensuring I was satisfied with her work each step of the way. Will be going to her from now on. thank you Jessica!!!

Would not recommend this nail salon to my worst enemy. went in for two simple nails to be fixed as I was going on vacation and my regular nail salon didn’t have time for the appointment, I called ahead to see how busy they were and they said that I could come in and it was fine and when I got there I was told to find a color and have a seat and wait. after about 15 minutes of me sitting there looking through the color pallets he then comes back and asked me what I want and I explain to him that I just needed two nails fixed and repainted with the same design I had on previously. I had a hard time finding an exact color match to what was already on my nails due to being in a different salon so I asked if he could just redo the same design on my nails that I already had and he said yes. He then, proceeded to take off all of my acrylic nails when I just needed them to be repainted and started a brand new set. I told him I just wanted the same length and everything that I had had before. Then about halfway through him adding the new acrylics on he told me to get up and move because I was switching nail artists and so I got up and moved to that chair, and that nail artist asked me if I wanted extremely long nails I said no and then he asked me why I told him that. I never said I wanted extremely long nails? We both just looked at each other until he continued on my nails, and then it took another hour and two different nail techs to do a French tip design. Then I was charged 65 dollars for a full set when I literally just wanted two nails fixed? This isn’t the first bad experience I’ve had here and I’ve definitely learned my lesson about cheating on my nail salon!

Without a doubt, Natural Nail Spa has some of the friendliest & most talented techs in the Winchester/NOVA area(most notably: Steven & Johnny). My family and I have had acrylics, manicures, gel manicures and powder dip done and their work has consistently been both creative and beautiful. They’re also reasonably priced, recently renovated and extremely clean & sanitary. I’ve been searching for a nail salon of this caliber for years.

I truly appreciative that they willing to open or come in early to do my nails before the store open. My appointment was scheduled at 9am. I showed up at 8:45am and waited until 9:20am. No one ever came. Very disappointed.

She left nail polish on my skin on the side of my nails and when I went back in to ask them to remove it one of the girls said that it was oil based and then after a few washes it would wash off my skin but I said that looked like something my granddaughter would do so I had them remove it. I just had my tips painted and when they went to trim the tips from the rest of my nail it was poorly done in the corners of them were not cleaned with the polish and the nails were not evenly proportioned. From end to end of my nails the polish was not completely covered. I am trying to call them to have them redo my nails and for $45 and five dollarstip I do not think it was worth it. If I could give 0 stars I would! They denied my service dog access into the store and would only allow me to enter if I locked my service dog outside in my car! It was 90 degrees outside and they insisted on him sitting in my hot car for over an hour! I will never come here ever again.

We came in Saturday before mother’s day, and there was only one man working, my friend had two chipped nails (dip) that needed repairs, and it took forever ! He left her to soak for over 45 minutes while he did a whole pedicure, and waxing!!! The service was beyond poor!! and after an hour of trying to match the color and being ignored, he gave us attitude as if we had done something wrong !!! He could have filed off the dip, and had her out in 15 minutes !!! I have a gift certificate from here and I honestly don’t want to come back..I understand he was by himself…. and I sympathize, but that’s not an excuse to be rude… Considering we had to wait so long for a simple repair
