My nails look like a toddler painted them. I paid $84 and my nails look horrible by the time I got home. I also had an appointment at 5:15, and didn’t leave until 8:30. So annoyed that I paid that much for my nails to look the way they do. 3 stars because my tech Alyssa is in training, which is fine. She was lovely, super professional, and a very nice young lady. I am annoyed because I am paying for a professional service so I expect quality results, But if an intern is going to do my nails then they need to offer a discount. You can’t expect me to pay top dollar but not give me quality service. She did an excellent job on my pedicure. My polish is already chipped and I made sure my nails were dry before I left the shop. Not sure if it is the quality of the polish, or what, but my nails literally look horrible. I don’t see an option to add a photo unless I would post a picture.

Was looking to get a manicure but I didn’t know what I wanted to do!! The staff was VERY friendly and patient with me while I decided on colors and even changed my mind a few times. I ended up getting patterned nail designs and I’m super happy with how they turned out!! Very well done! I definitely will be back to try their other services 🙂 thank you!

Not sure if it’s normally the case but an employee had their dog running around the shop. I have severe allergies and there is no such thing as a hypoallergenic dog so I had to go elsewhere. Tiffany Nails up the block did a good job if you need an alternative as well.

Not worth it for what I pay came back to get a nail fixed and still didn’t last what I was expecting. Won’t be back again I tried with the good reviews i saw before calling and scheduled an appointment, the wait time it’s ridiculous even with an appointment. I love coming here! The custom pedicures are wonderful. I love to do the hot stones with the lavender scent. They always fit me in or are willing to work with my crazy schedule and do an amazing job. I am very particular with the style I like of my nails and Delina knows how to shape the perfect skinny coffin nail. She is the best and guarantees all of her work so if I break a nail or it chips before it’s supposed to she fixes it for me free of charge. I even started taking my daughter here and Lucy is great with her. If you’re looking for a new place I highly recommend them!

I’ve been coming here for almost 2 years, I neededto find a place once I moved out here and I never had a bad experience. Everyone I meet and have worked with has been wonderful. I don’t hesitate to explain to them what I want ,and they get the shape right and always work with me. This place is amazing! I had a facial, manicure, pedicure and eyebrow wax. The technician was knowledgeable, friendly, and very detail oriented. My nails look great and I was so relaxed during the facial I almost fell asleep. Plus the atmosphere is super calming. No annoying tv channels blaring or client cell phone conversations, just soothing music and nature sounds. I did a lot of comparison shopping before I decided to book my celebratory spa afternoon with them and I can promise they were the best quality & bargain in the Columbia area. I will absolutely be back!! If parking is full don’t let that deter you, there is a garage around the back.
