First I want to say I have been here many times in the past with no issues but I will never be going back after my latest experience. I went in on Friday for a pedicure and full set. First I asked several times for my old set to be soaked off and I was ignored and the nails were ripped off by the tech, which was extremely painful. I felt like she was rushing as they were closing everything down around me including sweeping over my feet. Towards the end I asked if I could please get an addition layer of polish as you could see through my nails. Tracey (the tech) then proceeded to start filling off the polish and telling me to pick a different color. At this point I had been there for 3 hours and didn’t have time to pick a new color. I made an appointment to come in the following day to have them fixed and waited 40 minutes past my appointment time. Within two days one of my nails had completely snapped. I was beyond annoyed after spending a total of 4 hours in the chair and spending 65 dollars. When I went in to have it fixed I was completely ignored. I was not rude I did not yell all I wanted was for them to fix their mistake for the 3rd time and I was met with silence and then I was treated as if I did something wrong. I went to another salon and had to pay 25 dollars to fix my nails. With 30 other nail salons within a mile please, please go somewhere that values your time and your money.

I’ve been going to this salon for over three years, but will be looking for a new salon. The last two times I had Tracy, and I am not happy with the lack of service. She clearly was rushing through my ANC as the salon was becoming busy. She did not provide the short back massage, or lotion on my hands that is usually offered. Stuck me under the hand dryer and moved on to the next customer. Service has definitely declined.

This place is not dependable! I made an appointment and then they called me to ask me to come in earlier which I did. I then sat there for 30 minutes and finally inquired when they would be taking me. They asked me to wait for another 20 minutes. I walked out and will never attempt to go there again!

Save ur money and go somewhere else. I learned my lesson for cheating on my usual salon today and was left with the worst manicure/pedicure I’ve been gotten, terrible service, and wasted time and money. And on top of all that they had the audacity to look at me and say “that’s it?” When I still handed them a tip after all of this:)
