I received the deluxe pedicure and regular manicure. At other nail spas, a deluxe pedicure includes wax for your feet, hot towel leg wraps, and a pineapple oil hot rock massage. At this spa, the deluxe pedicure doesn’t include the pineapple oil hot rock massage, so that was a bummer. The nail tech did a good job with the pedicure but the paint job on my toes was just a tad bit sloppy, but not so much that anyone would notice from afar. The nail tech did a great job on my manicure, but I didn’t get my nails polished. Overall, it was an alright experience, and okay if you’re in a crunch and can’t make it to your favorite nail spa.

This was my first bad experience here. They normally do a good job. I don’t know what happened. I always get the gel manicure and it last for three weeks. The gel polish came off of my nails two days later.

I was rushed, the nail tech cut my nails before asking the length I wanted them, the shape wasn’t right he laid the foundation down terribly and when another customer came in he told her he’d be 4 minutes on my nails mind you I had just gotten in the chair what makes it worse is I showed him a picture I was so disappointed I just got something else, I was one of the first people in the shop this morning which is even more upsetting and it wasn’t the most clean place, I’ve been here before and I’ve received better service maybe they had an off day but that’s unacceptable they were more concerned about the $ than the quality of their work and the customer’s satisfaction

First of all so unprofessional. They don’t greet you when walking in. One of the nail tech told my friend, he didn’t have time to soak her nails off. They take to long on a person nails. We made it at 1:20 didn’t leave until 4:30, never again. The men are rude and the women act as if they can’t talk.

My experience was absolutely terrible. Two of my fingers where cut and bleeding. The nail color was fine but it is all over my fingers and not just on my nails. I will never go here again.
