Natural Nail Care Salon

Critical: ProfessionalismI used the salon’s on-line appointment system to get a manicure appointment. When I got to the salon they did not have me down. The woman at the desk was rude and did not particularly care. She called another woman who told me in order to actually secure an appointment they require me to give them my credit card info on-line so they can charge me if I miss the appointment (the appointment site made it seem optional). I did not provide that info. I do not know who all has access to my card information through their appointment system nor how long they keep my information on file or how secure my information will be. The services at this salon are nothing special and I will not do this to get an appointment. I used the salon’s on-line appointment system to get a manicure appointment. When I got to the salon they did not have me down. The woman at the desk was rude and did not particularly care. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueBeautiful salon. I have had my nails, toes and hair done. My teenage daughter has had her hair and toes done as well. Jessica gave us her full attention. She remembered our conversation from before. She is so sweet and nice. I have finally found a place to go to get everything done. No more going to 2-3 places. Beautiful salon. I have had my nails, toes and hair done. My teenage daughter has had her hair and toes done as well. Jessica gave us her full attention. She remembered our conversation from before.
