Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityBack was aching yesterday, hadn’t stopped here in a while. Went in and Jenny took me in right away. Back was aching yesterday, hadn’t stopped here in a while. Went in and Jenny took me in right away. Asked me if I wanted a hard, medium, or soft message. I chose soft. What a fantastic message. Left there with my back feeling so much better. Will go back.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI was not impressed with my visit here. My wife and I stopped in for a one hour massage. I had to say more than a few times that I needed it harder on my back and neck. It felt like my 10 year old daughter was doing it. She did go hard in my calf. I had to tell her several times it was too hard and twice that she was hurting me before she finally stopped. She did do a good job with my lower back and hips though. When I flipped over she did a little with my arms and legs, didn’t touch my chest and did almost nothing to my feet, even though I mentioned I needed my feet done. ( I do have clean feet and was freshly showered ) After a few minutes of my arms and legs she said I was done and left the room.My wife said her massage felt good although she mentioned a spot on her arm that needed attention and it was never touched. They didn’t do her feet either and never even had her turn over.The massage tables were uncomfortable as well. No cushioning around the face hole at all. I was not impressed with my visit here. My wife and I stopped in for a one hour massage. I had to say more than a few times that I needed it harder on my back and neck. It felt like my 10 year old daughter was doing it. She did go hard in my calf. I had to tell her several times it was too hard and twice that she was hurting me before she finally stopped.
