I’ve been going to Natural health massage for several years now. The massage suite is always a clean and calm environment that smells amazing. The massages are truly therapy. Lauren listens to any concerns you have and will spend extra time on that muscle group. She is very kind and knowledgeable about massage as medicine for your body and mind and can even make suggestions for things you can do at home to improve your health. I’ve been to other massage therapists and I’ve been let down, but never here ! If you have medical issues or just need to relax and practice self care , look no further ! I highly recommend this therapist. You won’t be disappointed.

The room has a nice calming atmosphere and I ft my mind wandering from everyday stressors. Her practice is covid-friendly and she wiped down the pen and clipboard after I filled out the paperwork. She offered two different scents of hand sanitizer along arriving and offered some before I left.
