Got 90min appt and it was AMAZING. Massage therapist was clearly very knowledgeable of insertion and origin points. Worked out lots of trigger points and the hot stone portion was unbelievably therapeutic. Stretches were incorporated and massage pressure was perfect. She was not afraid to really get in the muscle.
