I loved going to Natural Hair Wonders,because it is service with a smile. Denise is my hair stylist and she does an Awesome job on my hair. Denise takes her time and she tells you what you need to maintain your hair. I am glad that I went all natural, because going to Natural Hair Wonder is the best hair salon to help you maintain your natural hair. They advertise that they are so good but the stylist I had could not do a pixie sew in. Had the nerve to suggest a glue in. And their talent don’t match what they charge. It is a rip-off and I would not recommend any one to natural hair wonder. Every time I look at my hair I get angry.

Very poor customer Service. Negative atmosphere. Went there base on their description on their site of a “fun and friendly atmosphere.” It was anything but. The young lady who did my hair was rude, negative and gossipy. (Cussing and going on and on about whatever. In front of a kid no less.) I wanted a wash and style so I asked her to be creative on my hair style…(don’t ever ask this unless you know someone’s work.) It was not IT at all! Asked for a receipt. (I keep records of my transactions) She got mad at this. Told me they don’t do receipts. A lady who worked there came and showed her where the receipts where. (???!!)

Great service!! I dnt know what these people are talking about! I’m beginning to become a regular customer.. They do perfect, flowing sew-ins and great silk outs for us natural gals!!!! Everyone seems to have a down to earth personality!! Ask for Denise! She’s great!!!

HORRIBLE. Booked an appointment with Koran in Atlanta a week ahead of time. The day of the appointment I called to find out why she was late and she states that she did not remember talking with me on the phone and making the appointment. Further, she failed to tell me that her new location was in Smyrna, not Conyers, which is 45 min away. Without any apology for a lack of poor organizational skills on her end, she agreed to see me. So I drove over to her new spot and upon arrival, she is starting on someone else’s hair. When asked how long it would be before I could be seen, she tells me i would have to wait until she finishes her current client (at least another hour). She even asked me if I had to go to the mall earlier as if my plans weren’t important. I had things to do and places to be later that afternoon and again without any apologies or show of concern, she asks me to sit in the reception area to wait. Highly frustrated and at my wits end, I proceeded to call every hair salon in Atlanta until I found one with an available appt., then left. I never heard back from Koran that day which further illustrates her lack of concern and horrendous customer service. I have never experienced such behavior before and I will not be going back or recommending her salon to anyone.

I been natural for about 3 years now I was looking for an place to take care of my hair because have alot bad issues with natural services but not this place I love my hair stylist she’s good at her job patient polite works with you and deosnt stand you up or cancel the last minute.

Horrible… I made an appointment with the stylist for my daughter and she never showed up.. I was pissed because my kids go back to school on the 13th and I had to find someone else.. They really need to do better but I can just spend my hard earned money some place else..
