Positive: Cleanliness, PunctualityThis place was nice overall. All of the stylist were very knowledgeable, nice, and they were all good at what they do. I liked that you can book the appointment online. This was my first time and will be my last. As you can see my hair came out nice. However I didn’t want to spend 5 hours there. I was booked for a 2 hour window (two strand twist style only). My time is important to me. I would have asked for bigger twists if I would have known it was going to take longer. My stylist arrived and started on time. I had a 9am appointment. She took a break to eat which was no big deal to me. The only other thing I didn’t like was that my stylist was eating chips while doing my hair although she wiped her hands on a towel before touching my hair again.Service: HairstylingThis place was nice overall. 1st time visit for myself, daughter & granddaughter. Ashley did an amazing job on box braids and locs. As for me, Peaches did such an awesome job on my hair color and style. I absolutely love it! The entire team is professional and friendly. Can’t wait for our next visit.

Last minute I had to get my hair done. I called and Shay scheduled me in. She did a fantastic job. I felt so relaxed when she was washing my hair when she massaged my scalp it was so soothing I felt like I was in heaven. My style is popping too. I highly recommend this salon. They’re also professional and the salon was clean. Dreadlocks

Love this place! I was referred to this salon by a friend because I was in need of a trim. I was tired of being overcharged because of my natural hair. They definitely delivered! The environment is clean and they are affordable. I’ve seen both Edna and Tasha. Both of these women are professional and timely. They LISTEN and make suggestions instead of ignoring my concerns. I’ve seen Edna for natural hair maintenance and Tasha for my crochet and maintenance also. If you’re local to the area and need a place to take care of your hair when you’re over it yourself, please check them out!

Totally loved my experience at this salon!! I came for a wash, blow dry, and trim for my very dry/fragile hair. Jess was my stylist and she was so sweet and gentle! I was really scared of having my hair trimmed dramatically short, but that didn’t happen at all! She talked me through the process, gave me recommendations for what to do next to revitalize my hair, and trimmed all of split ends (and nothing too extra!) I’m sooo happy, my hair feels brand new! Definitely would love to come back

I took my mother to do her hair. She is quite pleased with the services. It was a simple wash, conditioning, trim, and double twists that took a little over 4 hours to complete. We came in at 11 am. We left after 3 pm. Why did it take so long to complete a very simple style that did not require adding hair? Well for starters, the salon does not have a dedicated front desk clerk, meaning every time someone needs to check in, check out, etc, one of the stylists does it. Taking valuable time from your hair do being done. Second, there must be an underestimation of how long it takes to complete a style. You see our appointment was moved up from 1200 to 1100. When we arrived, the stylist with which we were booked with was still with another client. My mother waited about 30 min before a different stylist washed, deep conditioned her hair. There were other interruptions that could have been handled by another non-stylist staff, but enough said. I do hope that they will consider using support staff to allow the stylists to focus on styling, because everyone looked great after their appointments.
