The receptionist was very friendly and pleasant. The girl who washed my hair needed more training. After she washed my hair she handed me what looked like poorly washed wash rags to dry my hair and face off. I contemplated walking out but I was in desperate need of getting my hair done so I stayed. I sat and waited for about 45 mins to and hour to be seen by the stylist. She seemed very knowledgeable about natural hair care. I showed her a picture of what style I wanted and she showed me the type of hair she would be using. The whole braiding process took about 7 hours. I did not like the outcome of my hair and wanted to leave so I paid and left. This is a family business and they behaved as such. It made me slightly uncomfortable because they were very loud. The style I recieved was not worth the amount of money I paid. Let’s just say the ends of the braids looked like octopus tentacles, it was fuzzy, it was very ugly. She put my hair in an ugly style I looked like one of the chicks from the 90s sitcom living single.
