Critical: PunctualitySo this was second time going to natural genius. Had a bad experience the first time when I let the girl name Shanice retwist my hair. Looked like something I could have got in the mirror & done myself. Decided to come back this second time & Ms.Tressa who I think is the owner did it. Looked great. Had an appointment for 2:30pm did not get into Tressa’s chair until 4:10pm. Did not leave until 7pm when I got from under the dryer myself & walked out. Mind you I only had the top of my head to retwist cause the sides & back are shaved. Received a $15 violation cause I stayed in the parking space for longer then I intended to cause I paid for 2 hours & ended up leaving 5 hrs more than what I supposed to. Don’t over book yourself knowing that your one person & can’t get everybody in the chair on time. I would have understood waiting 30 mins but waiting 3 hours is totally unprofessional. Will not receive my business anymore & I never write reviews but this was so out of line that I had to share my experience. She’s a very talented lady though I can’t take that from her.
