Critical: Communication, QualityI went in for lip fillers and the experience wasn’t great. I waited for 2 hrs before the nurse arrived to place the fillers. She wasn’t very experienced since she looked a bit confused. At the end of the appointment I had bruised lips and bumps. Which can be normal. I let them heal for 2 weeks and the bumps would not go away. I went to another professional for an opinion. The nurse that gave me the second opinion told me that the person who had done my lips left nodules of filler and did not massage them properly. One of the nodules was so superficial that it almost looked like a clear sack on the surface. Very disturbing. I had this nurse whom I got the second opinion from fix the work on my lips and she gave me the most beautiful lips she massaged the filler out and they looked perfect the swelling was minimal and there were no bumps and no bruises.
