I am Licensed Massage Practitioner and a preferred provider for all major health insurance. You’ll find the healing modalities I have trained in and practiced on website Since licensure 22 years ago I have practiced 25,000 massages. Both practitioners (Lisa and Ted) do very effective medical massage treatments on injuries from automobile accidents. Outside of massage I have many interests, including bee keeping, gardening, growing grapes at AHA urban farm, Hopefully, you will enjoy our gardens before/after your massage. I found Ted when I was living on Whidbey Island about 10 years ago. I moved to Seattle about 7 years ago and have continued to see Ted about every 3-4 weeks. Because of Ted’s training he always knows where my issues are and takes care of them. The cottage/spa is quiet and clean. I found Ted Johnson on a list of preferred providers on my health insurance site. I called a few others that were listed and they either didn’t return my call or they were booked. I called Ted and he called me back righ away, fit me in and has been one of the best massage therapists I’ve been too. He listened to my concerns and addresses them in each treatment session with wonderful results. I highly recommend Ted to anybody who wants a massage that not only relaxes you but also treats you.

I found this place through insurance. I found the massage to be ok. I had no high expectations to start with. Nothing to rave about as I was looking for something more clinical for treatment for my nerve pain. My fault for not checking copay and paid more than what I assumed would be since I hate owing money. I tried to call at later time to make a follow up appointment and to point out that copay is half of what I paid for both times and never got a call back. It looks like he submitted all the claims on time though. Needless to say, I found another place that’s more professional and reliable.
