I had the best massage ever. Me and my daughter both really enjoyed our time together as we enjoyed the beautiful atmosphere and the friendly staff. I knew as soon as my session was done I was definitely making another appointment before leaving, which I did. This was my first time visiting Natural Elements Spa. I had healing waters Package and it was amazing! Alicia performed my Spa Capsule treatment and Pedicure, my massage was with Jordan and was very relaxing, and Sammy had my skin glowing and smooth with my facial. All services flowed together so well and everyone was professional and easy to talk to. I can’t wait to schedule my next appointment!

This place is amazing. I have been here 4 times and every time it is a wonderful experience. If this place is ever booked when I call, I wait until the next available appointment instead of going anywhere else. I have had 2 massages from Bill, one was my prenatal and another was a regular massage, and I can’t tell you how much relief I got after. All my pain and tension was gone and I was so relaxed. Thank you for the wonderful service!

I am so disappointed yet again. So much so that I will take my business elsewhere. My first experience was a treat and I loved my experience so much so I booked my second appointment. When I booked my second appointment I asked foe the same estatician. An hour before my appointment I received a call wanting to change the time of my appointment because I was happy with my fist visit I complied. Upon my arrival I had a totally different person than who booked my appointment with and they had my for the wrong service. I thought ok let’s give this one more try and I booked a week out in advance my facial. AN HOUR AND AFTER CALLING 2 HOURS BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT TO CONFIRM THE ESTATICIAN AND THE ACT SERVICES I BOOKED WAS SET I get a call telling me sorry we have to cancel your appointment. I will never go back again.

I have been a customer for 8 years. The environment is very relaxing. They have the best spa music! I never wait long for service. Staff is very caring and they take their time. Your comfort is their number one priority. Prices for wax and pedicure services are reasonable for a spa facility. I never have issues scheduling an appointment.

The massage we received at Natural Elements was amazing! Bill did a fantastic job and we are looking forward to our next appointment. There was a miscommunication error on Natural Spa end with setting up a couples massage but I believe it was the manager who talked to us and apologized about the mishap and gave us a free service. Even with the miscommunication, I still believe they are five stars because of the environment, quality of the massage, and how they handled their mistake. We will gladly recommend them to anyone.

I get my haircut here every 3 weeks. The service is great and I usually get seen early. The staff is very professional and cater to some amenities I may want. They offer water, tea, and coffee while you wait. I have also received a spa capsule treatment which was very relaxing. The combination of steam and mist was relaxing and the salt scrub made me feel fresh all over.
