Critical: ProfessionalismI did not actually have services done here. I called to set up a consultation appointment for starter locs on Wednesday October 14. I informed the young lady who answered the phone what type of appointment I needed. She put me on hold to check for availability and left me on hold for nine minutes. I hung up and called right back only to be directed to their answering service. I left a message with my contact info.The owner returned my call and left a message on Friday, October 23…over a week later. No apology or explanation as to why my call was not returned in a timely manner. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueThis salon has an amazing team…mother and daughter stylists. My husband and I have been their customers for about 2-3 years!
