Positive: Quality, ValueTo start, it’s difficult for me to write a review less than stellar for Dee.She has been doing my locs since 2013 so it’s obvious that I have been beyond satisfied with her services. However, it has been increasingly harder to get in touch with her and lately she has. It been responding to my messages or calls. At first, it was a cause for concern because she is normally very responsive. But after seeing how she has updated her automatic response(s) after each attempt, I can only assume that I did she is intentionally ignoring me. Otherwise, Dee is a great at what she does and although her prices have increased over the years, there is immense value in her services. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueMs. Dee is the best!! She does all types of locs services. She’s fast, clean and affordable!! I highly recommend anyone looking to start locs from scratch or from extensions or even if you just need to get your locs touched up contact Ms.Dee!! Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI know I came in for just a shampoo but I left with so much joy. Ms. Dee is a very professional and warm lady. I had my loc extensions done somewhere else, but did not realize they were synthetic. Ms.Dee pointed that out to me.I felt taken that I had payed so much money to have loc extensions, only to have plastic in my hair. Not what I asked for. So Ms.Dee said to look at the positive and keep them for a few more months and to make a appointment for her to redo them with real human hair.I tell you, I really appreciate her telling me the truth. I can’t wait to have her do my locs.People make sure and do your research or better yet, pick Ms. Dee who is sweet and not a scammer.Part 2Ms.Dee, knows her stuff. I have no complaints. My locs are beautiful and unique. She is professional, welcoming and very accomodating. Her prices are reasonable. She only focus on you in her chair and I love that. I know I came in for just a shampoo but I left with so much joy. Ms. Dee is a very professional and warm lady. I had my loc extensions done somewhere else, but did not realize they were synthetic. Ms.Dee pointed that out to me.

Critical: Quality, ValueI usually don’t like to give people/business’s bad reviews but this service cost a lot of money, but was not done correctly. I had got dreadlocks extension which it was sliding out within 3weeks. The “100% human hair” that was made do not look realistic, the hair was really fuzzy and just looked knotted up. The end of the locs were unraveling. I tried messaging the owner to let her know what was happening to see if it’s anything she can do to satisfy a customer, but I did not receive anything back. I paid 900 dollars for something I have to take out. I usually don’t like to give people/business’s bad reviews but this service cost a lot of money, but was not done correctly. I had got dreadlocks extension which it was sliding out within 3weeks. The “100% human hair” that was made do not look realistic, the hair was really fuzzy and just looked knotted up. The end of the locs were unraveling. His locs were coming undone within 2 weeks. He went back and paid $65..The same week his locs came undone again. He recently went to another loctician that had to go through his entire head and redo every loc she did.The process was done wrong which caused his hair to undone. Everyone hair is not the same. If you can’t do them properly its better to say you can’t instead of taking someone money.
