I had the worst facial today with the lady who told me her name is Angela. First she was late. Then most of time she was out of the room, I thought she was serving two customers at same time. She cut most of steps. When I asking her why she cut those steps, she was rude and gave excuses. She basically spent like 5 minutes to wash my face, take out pimples, then put mask and done. I ask why there is no exfoliating, face massage and neck shoulder massage, she said exfoliating is not necessary, and I didn’t change to the gown, so she thought I don’t need neck and back massage. I said you never told me to change and didn’t give me the gown to change. She said it is on the shelf, I should’ve just change it. When I give her $5 tip, she give me a look said it is not the normal tip amount. I told her I know normal amount is above $10, but you cut more than half of the service, that’s why I give you half of the tip. She again give an attitude.

The environment is ok but isolation for the rooms need improve. I have been visited this place for many times but the service is getting worse and worse. Today I tried a new chick named Amanda. Technique needs to improve that no doubt. Worse thing is her attitude. Nasty, rude, arguing with customer with her chinglish. She missed steps and didn’t massage my shoulder and neck. She stepped out in the middle of the treatment. She came back until the machine stopped. She has no knowledge how to use the high frequency spot remover and kept hurting me. She was making many noise like banging the cart; throwing the tools back to the cart; keep opened & closed the bottle next to your ear. I just totally not able to relax for that hour. That was a horrible experience with Amanda. As kindly advise, don’t waste your time and money on her.

I think I gave plenty of chances for this business to prove itself, but it is just getting worst and worst. Again and again, they had given me appointments that they cannot fulfilled. It’s so frustrating since I have rearranged my schedule to make these appointments, yet they don’t care enough to correct this issue. But the worst thing was I had my eyebrows removed! That’s right, REMOVED! This happened just right before Christmas last year, because the girl forgot to put plastic under the clay eye mask! They tried to charge me for the facial but I stood up for myself! Can you believe it?! I had too many horrible experiences not to put my 2 cents here to alert others! The owner, Vivian, is the most rude and obnoxious business person I ever known. She never apologizes for anything but always make excuses for herself. I doubt they can stay in business with this level of incompetency and poor manner. Good luck if you still want to go there.

No thrill place but you can enjoy yourself if you prep for it: since it’s not an upscale place, no need to book a month or two ahead! We all have that exeprience when you start to wonder who is the customer, no matter how apologetic the receptionst is. Here you called a few days ahead and you can get the time slot you want. I always receive good massage. They never cut my time. Good price. People here intend to be chatty so don’t expect a water-fall-zen kind of experience; instead, you’ll hear Flushing gossip of the day! Another type of therapy, I guess. Prep yourself then you should be fine.

The staff & services here are top notch. I’ve been going to Vivian for eyelash perms here for years (she’s the best). They also never give you the hard sell on anything, which is nice. Convenient location too.

If i could give them 0 stars I would. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had in my life. They forced me to give more tip than I wanted which equated to a 50% from the 20 dollar procedure I had done. The employees are rude. The whole time during the procedure they were gossiping about other clients. The conversation was very loud. Some things they would say is “no money no talk”. Disgusting and unprofessional. The man who did my eyelashes used cheap chemicals that caused my lashes to fall out. I have gotten many eyelash perms done but never had my eyes treated so roughly. He kept putting chemicals in my eye and tugging them up. When I asked him to please be careful he continued to use the same methods. This was a living nightmare. I hope they run out of business soon and more people speak up for themselves.

I took my girlfriend there last week.. she was loved it… she got the facial.. treatment she said her skin looked much more brighter n less oily.. she would go back whenever the next time she comes to flushing !!!! and say u know Anthony u can get a discount for that

1m a tall Hispanic male, decided to grow beard and hair….just painting a picture. I go in aftrr a long and traffik filled ride from the Bronx. Park my car, go upstairs, the girls looked at me as if I was Sasquatch, asked me if I had an appt, I told them I tried using they’re online appt but it didn’t work. I then asked about the body scrub ,which after extensive research, I chose them. The girl looked me straight in the eye and said, no we don’t do that. I started to say ,but, as I lifted my phone to show them the site, but the look of fear in their eyes made me end mid sentence and just leave….I was soooo looking forward to my first Korean body scrub and an hour of massage….guess some other time and PLACE
